Overview
Large 6 bedroom house, set in an elevated position, converted from the Old Car Work Shop. Some of the floor of the kitchen (where the pit was) is now converted to glass, looking onto an array of different seasoned logs.
A superb location, walking distance to the beautiful lake, where you can take the boat, or doing some water activities, as well as walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and supermarket.
Newly installed air source central heating - making this a cosy house in winter.
The Old Workshop is in an elevated position, above the Soca River, and surrounded by mountains. It used to be the old car repair shop, and newly renovated keeping as many of the original features as possible, such as old wooden floors, old doors, and the lovely inner and outer old windows. The car pit, large area in the ground, has now been covered to a glass area in the kitchen, which views down onto seasoned logs.
There is an 8 seater fired wood hot tub, which is available all year around except for July and August. It is only available for bookings of a week or more, and must be booked in advance.
The house is unsuitable for toddlers due to the garden and courtyard not being enclosed.
