From each window you will have a view of the meadows surrounding the house, the orchard and a forest in the background. From the second floor terrace you can look over the pool, nature and picturesque village of Dolenje that is 10 minutes by foot. You can reach it with our rental bikes as well. In 20 min by car you can be at the beach in Opatija, Icici or Lovran.

In one hour you can reach top attractions in all three countries - alpine regions of Slovenia, islands in Croatia and day trips to Italy. Discover the unique landscape, hike with a stunning view and bike across the entire region - and unwind after the entire day in peace and quiet of Otokar.

The heart of the house is the open space connecting the main kitchen, living room, and exit to the large pool. You have a forest view from each window. The spacious terrace and large pool, overlook the orchard, with a meadow and forest behind it. The bedrooms are bright and spacious. All rooms have double beds with several additional bed options. Two studios are equipped with a kitchenette, and all rooms have an en suite bathroom with a shower. The two living rooms provide plenty of space for families to gather and spend time together.
