TOURIST TAX
We are required to charge a Municipal Tourist Tax on behalf of Loulé council, on bookings placed as from November 1st, 2024, as published in Diário da República 2nd Serie, no. 140, of July 22nd, 2024.
This tax is calculated up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, per person aged 16 or over, and will cost as follows:
- Low Season (from November 1st to March 31st) – 1Eur per person/per night
- High Season (from April 1st to October 31st) – 2Eur per person/per night
The payment of this tax is due in cash upon check-in, or in advance by bank transfer.
House rules and suitability:
- Groups of youngsters and/or made up exclusively of individuals of the same gender may be considered and only upon request. Strongly recommend contacting us before booking, as we reserve the right to decline and cancel this sort of booking without a refund.
- Events and parties are not allowed.
- Pets not allowed.

When we arrived we were greeted with a very musty smell as if the villa had not been let out for months but having checked it had been occupied four days previously.
In the downstairs bedroom there was considerable damp and the blankets for that room were pushed in the wardrobe where the damp was. Thank goodness we didn't need them. The bathrooms were very dated and the upstairs bathroom was royal blue with an off white bath? PLEASE!!!!
Both bathrooms were in desperate need of updating.
The lounge suite was a type of imitation leather that was peeling off and had been covered with a sheet to hide it.
Overall we were very disappointed with our stay.
My wife and I have used Clickstay villas on numerous occasions and have never had to leave negative comments before.
The best part of the villa was the outside and ability to walk to the marina
Please update and we will go back but not until.

The best villa we have had in portugal. Large villa for 3 people with large gardens & pool. Cleaners & pool maintenance every day. Our son who has autism loved it. Property and gardens very secure so he couldnt escape!! Property owner very flexible letting us check in earlier and check out later than specified. Yes property is a little old with old fashioned decor but lovely and added portuguese charm. We had no complaints at all. 10 out of 10. Will be visiting again next year. We loved it.
