TOURIST TAX
We are required to charge a Municipal Tourist Tax on behalf of Loulé council, on bookings placed as from November 1st, 2024, as published in Diário da República 2nd Serie, no. 140, of July 22nd, 2024.
This tax is calculated up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, per person aged 16 or over, and will cost as follows:
- Low Season (from November 1st to March 31st) – 1Eur per person/per night
- High Season (from April 1st to October 31st) – 2Eur per person/per night
The payment of this tax is due in cash upon check-in, or in advance by bank transfer.

Perfect for a family holiday - a bit of a walk to the marina so might be tough for young children but the villa itself was excellent

My wife and I stayed at this villa for 10days last week sept first week oct,the villa is just as you see in the photos,the area is very quiet with a train running from the back of the Hilton to town centre,also we had a day at the beach which we would recommend the only thing we would say that the beds where very hard but we put the extra blankets underneath the sheets which give us more comfort.WE would also like to than the owner for letting us have the key early as we arrived around 11am as a couple we had a very relaxing time just as we wanted,i would recommend this villa for a couple or a family holiday.

The villa was beautiful and it a very quiet are residential area. The pool was a lovely temperature and the garden at the back was lovely. Overall the villa and holiday was great. It was a shame that there isn't more places to walk to from the villa (especially with 2 small children) but a taxi or the train from the next road took you into the Marina for a very faire price.
The only small snag was that the kettle and the cooker seemed to blow the fuse on a constant basis. But as we ate out most of the time it wasn't a problem. It was very hot whilst we were the aircon was brilliant in the bedrooms.

Villa was just as seen in the photos, outside was slightly tired but could not complain at all. Communication was perfect. Couldn't fault the area, only thing missing was a shop that we found on the last day, but we weren't really looking. Taxi drive is 5 minutes to the marina and beach. Excellent Villa and excellent value for money. Would use again, same location and same villa.

We had a great holiday staying in this beautiful villa, it was located in a lovely quiet area with 2 restaurants just 2 minutes walk away.We found it easy to get to villamouras Marina as there was the little train which run past the Hilton hotel all day and late into the evening.The cleaners came in twice a week and were very friendly and helpful and pool and garden was well maintained. I would certainly stay here again.
