TOURIST TAX
We are required to charge a Municipal Tourist Tax on behalf of Loulé council, on bookings placed as from November 1st, 2024, as published in Diário da República 2nd Serie, no. 140, of July 22nd, 2024.
This tax is calculated up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, per person aged 16 or over, and will cost as follows:
- Low Season (from November 1st to March 31st) – 1Eur per person/per night
- High Season (from April 1st to October 31st) – 2Eur per person/per night
The payment of this tax is due in cash upon check-in, or in advance by bank transfer.

House rules and suitability:
- Groups of youngsters and/or made up exclusively of individuals of the same gender may be considered and only upon request. Strongly recommend contacting us before booking, as we reserve the right to decline and cancel this sort of booking without a refund.
- Events and parties are not allowed.
- Pets not allowed.
- Smoking outside only.

We stayed as a couple ( both in our 60,s) and were glad we booked, everything is as described, we hope to use again next year.
There are a couple of restaurants within a short walk but many more a short taxi ride away which only cost,s 8 euro each way and well worthwhile.
Would definitely recommend

We found the property to bej ust as described,only fault was the oven door seemed to have a loose glass front, otherwise everything was fine, it was in a good position but the car we hired was needed as it was a good walking distance to shops and eateries. Ovarall the whole booking was a great success although pinpointing the office for picking keys up would help as it is tucked away inside the entrance to the building.. Good holiday enjoyed by all in party, thank you

We already ask our maintenance to go and chaeck the oven. Many thanks for letting us know.
Regarding the pinpoint the office location, we used to had our boards outside, in the pavement and also on one of the poles, but we are not allowed anymore, therefore we have to rely on the maps and all our contacts. If by any means you get lost, a simple phone call will be enough.
We always advise hiring at least one car for guests comodity, but in this house you have the plus of having the touristic train passing down the road just 50 metres away. This goes around town stopping in the top spots.

we found the villa to be very well equipped very clean and comfortable. our only negative we would recommend an expel-air
in the downstairs shower room. we also had difficulty finding the office to collect the keys, but with the help of our very patient taxi
driver this was soon resolved. a beautiful part of Portugal to visit we will definitely return.

Regarding the taxi, hard to believe a experience driver couldn't find our reception, especially when it’s located in Caminho das Alfarrobeira, the same street of the Law Bowling of Vilamoura, which is a very popular place. In the future if you have trouble, just give us a quick phone call and we will help the driver.
We encourage you to send us an email with any improvements you might think the house needs, including the expel-air, which we cannot understand what it is.
