Set in good sized, mature gardens which afford a very good degree of privacy and only a 15-20 minutes walk from the Marina.

TOURIST TAX
We are required to charge a Municipal Tourist Tax on behalf of Loulé council, on bookings placed as from November 1st, 2024, as published in Diário da República 2nd Serie, no. 140, of July 22nd, 2024.
This tax is calculated up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, per person aged 16 or over, and will cost as follows:
- Low Season (from November 1st to March 31st) – 1Eur per person/per night
- High Season (from April 1st to October 31st) – 2Eur per person/per night
The payment of this tax is due in cash upon check-in, or in advance by bank transfer.
House rules and suitability:
- The owners of our accommodations do not allow bookings for groups youngsters or groups made up exclusively of individuals of the same gender. We reserve the right to decline and cancel this sort of booking without a refund.
- Events and parties are forbidden.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking outside only.

We absolutely loved our stay here, there was 9 of us altogether including 4 children’s ages 10,9,7,3 the 3 pools were fantastic a baby pool junior pool and the big pool, the outside area is beautiful with plenty of sun loungers, we made good use of the bbq aswell. There’s plenty of garden area for the kids to play football too. I was a bit worried about the inside as I red a review saying it’s old and dated and the beds were not comfortable. The inside is old but it’s absolutely beautiful still and a big size! The beds were fine too. I would highly recommend this villa and I will 100% be back. The supermarket is about a 20min walk but we hired a car to use for these trips. The water park (aqua show) is a must aswell it’s really really good! I was also assisted really quick with any questions or concerns I had during my stay. Thank you so much for such a wonderful time 🥰

When there was a problem and we contacted Paulo Proença we had a prompt respons and the problem was immediately solved. The kitchen need to be updated. Hi Paulo, I just wanted to let you know that that we loved Villa Cogumelos and had a fabulous holiday there. The villa was perfect for us - the pool and garden areas were wonderful and we spent most of our time there. I hope we will be able to return again next year. I also wanted to say thank you for all your help in organising everything for us.The taxi transfers all went smoothly and the fault with the air conditioning was fixed really quickly.
