Three Bedroom Villa In Carvoeiro

This lovely spacious well equipped 3 bedroom villa is located on the Vale do Milho development about 3 kms from the centre of Carvoeiro, as part of the border between the western and central Algarve, Portugal. An ideal spot to explore the stunning Algarve coastline and its many fabulous beaches.

The closest beach is Praia de Centeanes which is just a short 5-10 minute walk from the villa. There is a snack bar and restaurant at this beach and there are a few further restaurants within walking distance of the villa.

The town of Carvoeiro with its numerous shops, bars, restaurants and beach is a couple of minutes drive away.

Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
