This 2 bedroom luxury apartment is located in the beautiful condominium development known as Vila Rosal, located in Sesmarias, just a 15 minute walk from Albufeira Marina, and a 10 minute walk to the closest beach.
When staying anywhere on holiday the number one priority is location. Absolutely vital that the location is safe, located in a quality residential area and is well served by good restaurants with no rowdy bars or subject to groups of drunken holidaymakers or locals.
Vila Rosal apartments are high quality luxury 2 bedroom apartments located in a beautiful, peaceful and secluded setting. Arguably the finest location in the Algarve being only 5 minutes walk from the new exclusive W Residences (Marriot Group). This is a new 7 star Hotel, which also has apartments costing up to £2.9M. Chosen by Marriot for their only 7 star hotel in Portugal is a good indicator of the quality and standard of the nearby location.
Also, only 10 minutes walk to Villa Serena, owned by the tennis player Serena Williams; Serena would not buy here unless it was in a top quality area. There are also a number of other "celebrities", who own property in the area.
We offer 3 apartments in this development, all listed with Click Stay. All are very similar with top quality furnishings. Without doubt one of the most fabulous places to holiday in the Algarve and in a really top, high class area.
As stated, it is a truly outstanding property in a beautiful and peaceful setting, situated well away from the noisy tourist areas. Only 2 minutes drive, or a 10 minute walk, to the gorgeous beaches close to Albufeira, and only 5 minutes drive to the Old Town or the New Town (The "Strip" as it is sometime known). It is only 10 minutes drive to Guia town centre, (Guia is a small town with numerous shops, restaurants and cafes).
The apartment is situated to the west of Albufeira in a quiet residential area. You can walk into Albufeira, via the Albufeira Marina, in around 20 to 25 minutes. There is a bus stop directly outside the apartment and taxis are plentiful, with a taxi rank close by. UBERS are brilliant in the Algarve, inexpensive with great drivers and clean, well maintained cars.
The location is even more prestigious due to it's close proximity to many quality local restaurants and bars. There is easy access to the wonderful beaches of Sao Raphael, Praia Grande and others within a 10 minute walk, or a 2 minute drive.
There is a small supermarket a few minutes walk away. The famous Algarve Shopping Centre is only a 15 minute drive.
There is easy access to the A22 motorway and the EN125; driving time to Faro airport is 30 to 35 minutes with Vilamoura only 20 to 25 minutes drive away.
One of the unique features of this apartment is the lovely private balcony with views over Sesmarias to the sea.
Unusually, there is a fabulous brick built barbecue on the balcony and dining area so you can enjoy a relaxing evening with friends and family without having to leave the apartment.
The apartment is fully air conditioned. Fully furnished to a very high standard with quality furniture, beds, linen, towels and furnishings etc.
There is a large comfortable lounge and dining room, for those that want to eat in, with a large balcony and terrace area overlooking the pool with views to the sea (there is of course the barbecue on the terrace).
There is satellite TV with the usual British channels, a DVD player and stylish sofa, chairs etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect i.e. integrated appliances, fridge / freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher.
The master bedroom has a double bed with patio doors opening on to the terrace with views across Sesmarias to the sea. There is a fitted wardrobe with full ensuite facilities. The other bedroom (same size as the master bedroom) can either be a double or twin, with French doors to a Parisian balcony. This second bedroom can access the full bathroom immediately outside the bedroom door.
A child can be accommodated on a fold up bed if required. Cots and High Chairs can be supplied.
The apartments are well looked after as are the garden areas and pool. The infinity pool is very large with a small children’s pool next to it. The terrace / pool area is also very large so no fighting for a sun bed here.
For the sporting ones among you, there are two tennis courts for use by guests only; local booking arrangements apply and at no cost.
This apartment is absolutely perfect for adults and children of all ages although supervision is of course required on the terraces and in the pool area.
We pride ourselves on the service we provide as we want to give a service we would expect for our own holiday. Included in the service are the local Villa Managers, Nuno and Rogerio. Often property owners ask guests to arrive at a property in a country perhaps never visited before, even late at night after a long flight, and a key is under the mat or in a security box; we think is is awful. You will be met by Nuno or Rogerio, and be given a tour of the apartment to ensure you know everything you need to know. You will be provided with their contact details before arrival; this way you have a point of contact if you get lost, experience delays or just need some comfort to find your way around.
You will not be disappointed in choosing this apartment for your holiday. It is indeed a perfect location and although hiring a car is great to travel around a car is not essential as everything is close at hand.

NOTE 4 - WE OFFER ADDITIONAL COMFORT BY ALLOWING CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS VIA STRIPE. IF BOOKING, WE ISSUE A FORMAL INVOICE VIA STRIPE.
NOTE 5 - SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT. IF THERE IS EVIDENCE OF SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
NOTE 6 - A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF £250 WILL BE COLLECTED BY BANK TRANSFER JUST BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE. IT WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 1 WEEK OF DEPARTURE UPON A CLEAN REPORT REGARDING DAMAGE ETC. RECEIVED FROM THE APARTMENT MANAGER.

I worked in financial services as the Compliance and Risk Director for a major national Independent Financial Adviser, but retired in December 2019. Yvonne was an office manager with an estate agent, previously with a major high street bank, IBM and self employed as a bridal seamstress, but now also retired. We bought our first apartment at Villa Rosal in Sao Raphael near Albufeira 21 years ago. We rented it out but sold after 3 years as it did not give us the peace and quiet we wanted for our own holiday. We bought a new villa in 2009 near Ferreiras, but moved on again in 2020 to our current villa, which we live in for 9 / 10 months of the year. We handle holiday rental enquiries for our own villa. We also handle enquiries for some villas and apartments that are managed by the local Villa Management Company, Albuera Domus, which is based in Albufeira. All our villas and apartments are in the "luxury" category, and located in very quiet, upmarket areas.
