The villa is located in the luxurious area of Mato Serrao, (in Quinta do Rosal), a very short distance from the picturesque fishing village of Carvoeiro. There are several restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance of the villa. The beautiful cliffs for which the Algarve is known are also easy to reach.
The villa offers an attractive home-from-home atmosphere and the spacious, well-maintained garden provides plenty of privacy. The private swimming pool is 9 x 4.5 meters and is perfect for cooling off in the hot summer, but can also be heated (solar) on request for the cooler months.
