This magnificent penthouse apartment sits just on the door step of many luxurious yachts mooring at LAGOS´S MARINA. A couple minutes away is the Marina small shopping area, where you can find some exclusive restaurants, Bars and also where you can plan and book your tour such as ; meet the Dolphins, Deep sea fishing, Sunset Champagne yacht tour or just a relaxing day sailing along the coast up to Cape San Vincent ( SAGRES ) knowned as the end of the world. A short stroll away you will find the longest golden sandy beach, and LAGOS town historic centre, where you can find a lot of great restaurants (Portuguese and International), bars and a lot of street entertainment. The street entertainment happens more in the summer season. Many of the attractions of this two bedroom apartment its the exclusive great location, very unique right on top floor overlooking the boats coming and going out of the Marina, The air conditioned, large terrace facing the MARINA, private parking space in the garage and a 24 hour security service. The apartment is very well equipped with; dish washer, coffee machine, microwave, hob and stove as well as cable TV and apartment private Wi Fi.

This apartment is truly wonderful! It is very comfortable, beautifully decorated with everything that you could possibly need for a holiday stay. The location is fantastic, beside the marina and yet very quiet at night. Walking distance to the old town, restaurants and the supermarket. It's best point is the view, surrounding balconies with stunning views all day long. We could not recommend this apartment more highly.

Apartment great , refurbishment from last visit superb definitely 5 star now.Only downside to our stay was we had scaffolding and workmen on the main balcony for 5 days which meant there was little privacy.We would certainly stay here again.

Great apartment in a wonderful and convenient location. Walking distance to supermarket, beach and town. Carlos was extremely helpful and welcoming. Also access to pool in neighbouring hotel was a real bonus.
Apartment was in need of a bit of TLC and although it was clean there were some aspects that seemed not to have been cleaned thoroughly e.g. shower cubicle door and steel taps and there was food in the freezer.
Overall we would recommend and stay here again.

Great apartment and great area. Could not of asked for more. Would like to thank Carlos for all his help. Would definitely stay here again. Only one thing needs attention which is to get light outside apartment working as was difficult to see key hole.

Commanding what are probably the best views over Lagos Marina, the top floor apartment is ideally located with easy access to shops, bars and local attractions.
Although well equipped, the apartment is very dated and in need of a make over. Equipment and furnishings have seen better days. The outside balconies were very dirty and not maintained.
Good parking and accessible lift made shopping easy.
Carlos always on hand and responsive.
With a little investment and TLC this would be a five star apartment.
