The apartment is fully air conditioned and located on the ground floor, with direct access from the balcony to the exclusive garden surrounded by olive trees and swimming pools The interior comprises of 2 double bedrooms, 1 en-suite bathroom and second shower/guest cloakroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the open plan living area with patio doors leading to a large balcony with additional seating for alfresco dining. The apartment is fully lift accessible from the basement garage, which makes it ideal for those with mobility problems.
The longest stretch of golden sand beach in the Algarve " MEIA PRAIA " its just a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Apartment offers the best of both worlds, the exclusive & tranquil setting of the Marina and, just a short stroll away, the atmospheric & lively old town of Lagos with its many bars, shops & restaurants. There is fantastic supermarket to the rear of the complex.

Be prepared to be asked for a breakage deposit of 200,00€. It will be refunded to you on the departure day, if no breakage as occurred during your stay.
