The property offers an open living room / kitchen design with a large terrace to the back, (no views but nice quiet dining al fresco), the ensuite master bedroom offers a king size bed (180 x 200 cm) 2 closets and bathroom with double sinks, shower stall and toilet and bidet.
The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds (90 x 195 cm) which can be put size by side to form another king size bed.
The apartment is equipped with A/C in all rooms and heating for the winter months, great location for business or pleasure.
This apartment has a keyless entry system which can be opened by a PIN number given after booking or by downloading the HomeiT app from AppStore or Googleplay.
We even offer you a printer and scanner in case you need to print your boarding passes, please do not print pictures as ink is not included.

The S. Sebastião metro station connects two lines which takes us to almost all the main visiting points. The property owner is very responsive for any questions even if he’s out of town. The apartment also looks exactly like how it is shown in photos. It’s one of our best experience staying in an apartment

Apartment - on the 5th floor with elevator-very well and thoughtfully appointed, sparkly clean, new and fresh with all appliances you would need and a large and bright walk out terrace - where we loved to sit and sip our wine. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pics and more. Has a key less entry (keyless entry to the building door is perfect) all appliances seem brand new and are thoughtfully provided with manuals, a fresh set of linen in the cupboards and all that you need in the kitchen. The 2 bathrooms are a huge plus plus - one with a bidet (ensuite) and the other with a jet spray. The lovely skylights in the kitchen, second bedroom, bathroom are an added delight. While some complain about the noise of the airplanes, we thought it added to the charm of the place when gazing up from the terrace. Also a great place to do some stretching and yoga in the mornings... The host is readily responsive to all questions, while adding little tips and bits for areas around the property. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, just a minute's walk away from one of the largest malls in Lisbon El Corte Ingles - great eating out here (huge variety) in the basement as well as the rooftop terrace of this mall. A few feet from apartment is the grocer plus some other eating joints. Ubers are plenty and efficient, the overall area is upmarket. We were 3 of us, my husband, daughter and self and we will definitely be back!
