Room: this room is an open ground floor up to the roof, 2 floors high. Not only because of the air conditioning (in all rooms) it is always pleasant to stay here, the high ceilings and the fully insulated construction also ensure a comfortable atmosphere, both winter and summer. The building has underfloor heating and a wood stove. There are also radiators. The wall-high window at the front offers a panoramic view of the mountains. Wi-Fi is provided in the entire building, also in the shaded area by the pool. The living room is directly connected to the kitchen. At the back of the living room access to the 2 spacious ground floor bedrooms, with the 1st bathroom in between.

Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with all comforts: stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and small freezer.
Of course, there are pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery and small kitchen utensils for the total number of guests. There is space in the kitchen to sit both inside and outside on the (semi) covered terrace for every meal. There are 10 seats provided. The villa has 2 bathrooms with all the necessary luxury and space. The bathroom on the ground floor has a walk-in shower with sink, towel drying rack and a toilet. The bathroom on the 1st floor has a corner bath with jets and a separate shower. There is also a sink and toilet here.

Outside:
The garden is very spacious, approximately 2,000 m² is the fully enclosed garden, with the villa, outdoor kitchen and pool area. Behind it is a good 3,000 m² orchard, only created in 2016 and also fully walled (although at a lower height). In this area there are about 30 types of fruit bushes and trees. Feel free to pick and use fruit. The garden of Eden, there is always something ready for consumption during your visit…

The (illuminated) swimming pool has an unusual shape, which gives you a “swimable” depth along its entire length. After all, there are steps in the projections.

The safety of the children has also been considered: the swimming pool area can be separated from the villa area by means of a fence with a gate. The swimming pool itself is located in the sunny, irrigated garden, surrounded by a water-permeable terrace. The comfort zone is set up in the grass area: an area of ​​approximately 50 m² with specially designed shade sails: they let the light through, the sun's rays are broken and the wind doesn't really have a hold on it. Below you can let your imagination run wild.

To please the romantic souls, there is also a covered pavilion at the swimming pool, where you can dine, relax or where you can close the 4 walls with a curtain and relax with a fresh breeze that glides over your body... heaven is really not far away anymore...

There are 5 classic hardwood adjustable loungers with cushions. In addition, there are designer loungers for 1 person (8 pieces) and 1 for 2 people, made of oak and stainless steel, own design and manufacture.
