This is a fully equiped one-bedroom apartment with a bathroom, living room and an open kitchen.
The entire apartment faces the back of the building which is extremely calm and quiet.
This apartment has central heating something that, in spite of the famous portuguese “good wheather”, is often needed during two or three months in winter. It also has a fan, for summer.
In the bedfooom there is a chest of drawers and in the corridor there are two cabinets to hang clothes.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom. In the kitchen there is a coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and an oven.
The apartment is totally private but shares an entrance hallway with a larger apartment next door.
The building has no garage but at a minute walk there is a garage, open 24 hours a day, every. Day of the week where guests can park their car either in a daily basis or through a monthly contract for a price that varies between 120€ for smaller cars to 160/180€ for really big cars.
Guests coming by plane can either take a taxi (between 15€ to 25€). Or take the metro. Metro train station is a 5 minute walk to the apartment.
The avenue, where the apartment is located, although small, has several restaurants, coffee shops, pastry shops and several food shops (cheese, vegetables, wine). A supermarket is just across the street.
