The town of Calheta has a variety of restaurants by the harbous, two major hotels and a big supermarket. Also a sandy beach provided with in water activities in the Summer. This is an easy reachable location and very close by to other bars and smaller supermarkets. It is very important to have a rental car.

This contemporary villa is designed to embrace the superb views. A central living area comprising open-plan sitting area, dining area and kitchen, leading via the large patio doors to the solarium, pool and barbecue area.
The spacious and bright air-conditioned sitting and dining areas have direct views over the solarium, pool and out to the sea, and are where you will find the flat-screen TV with cable connection. The modern all white kitchen is fully equipped with 4-ring induction hob, built-in oven and microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffeemaker, toaster.
In the second floor is a bedroom with single beds. A second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom room across the hall. The more spacious master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, benefit from direct sea views and share the same balcony.
The solarium runs along the front of the first floor and features an outdoor sitting area, the rectangular infinity pool, (optionally heated), and four sun-beds. There is a large built-in wood/coal barbecue with side worktop and sink to enjoy leisure days at the villa. The villa features a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Secure parking for 2 cars is available at the ground floor garage. Villa Bianca is a walled property that provides security and privacy, with a southern exposure ensuring those fantastic views and the sunniest weather in Madeira.
There are many walks around Calheta and easy access to the plateau of Paul da Serra, with its many levada walks, makes this villa perfectly located for walking in Madeira and for enjoying a lovely holiday surrounded by the beautiful Madeira countryside.

Swimming pool heating is optional and costs, € 350.00 per week for a setting of 25ºC, paid in cash on arrival. Pool heating can be provided and should be requested at least 4 days in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on.
