Quinta Por Do Sol is located in Albufeira within a short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. This large villa is ideal for families or large groups that are looking for a setting with excellent entertainment space.

The 15 bedroom villa is recently built with new bathrooms, and all furniture comfortably accommodates up to 36 guests.

This is the ideal spot if you wish to relax and enjoy the sun. Situated on a large plot, there is plenty of room inside and outside for large groups to get the very best out of their holiday.

All bedrooms are air conditioned.

Quinta Por Do Sol is within easy reach of Albufeira town, within a short walk to plenty of bars and restaurants. There is also a large supermarket approximately 5 minutes walk from the villa, and a beautiful beach approximately 10 minutes walk. The property is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants, A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports. If you want to venture into Albufeira town to either the strip or the Old town, both are within easy reach to get to.

If you wish to go to the strip Quinta Por Do Sol is approximately 15 minutes walk away. There is also a taxi rank located at the end of the road. It is approximately 5 minutes drive. There is also a regular bus service that brings you into Albufeira town.

The Algarve coast is known for some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. The Algarve has approximately 3000 hours of sunshine a year and is generally Dry.

Jan-March = Warm during the day, gets cold once the sun goes down
April - May = Hotter and dryer, warmer in the evenings
June - September = Hot and dry morning , day and night
October = 24 degrees during the day, ideal for golf

Albufeira is one of the top holiday destinations in the Algarve. With its mix of New and Old Town. The old town remains an unusually pretty village with its narrow cobblestone streets, twisting lanes of whitewashed houses and terracotta roofs above a beautiful spread of beaches. In the day time walk around all the local shops and have a drink in one of the many Bars and Restaurant over looking the picturesque beaches. In the night watch the town come alive with street performers and music . In one of the many great Restaurants why not try chicken piri piri one of the local dishes.

In the New Town you have late bars and discos open in the early hours. With some more great restaurants. Also, don't forget about Slide and Splash, Aqualand, Zoomarine all within a 20 minute drive and some of finest golf courses within a 10 minute drive.

Beautiful modern spacious interior

As you enter Quinta Por Do Sol you are met with an immediate airy double height ceiling created so that the 1st floor can be seen and to maximise the social concept that we have tried to create when holidaying in the Algarve.

The villa is alarmed, with electric shutters which can be closed independently or one switch by the front door to close / open all shutters.

As you go through the airy hallway, bedrooms 1 and 2 and immediately to your left. Bedrooms 3, 4, 5 and 6 are directly ahead of you, with the main staircase to the lower ground floor and 1st floor just to the right and the open plan kitchen / Dining / Living room to the right looking over to the pool, garden and BBQ area.

The 1st floor has 4 further bedrooms (7, 8, 9 and 10) with a large private terrace looking onto the pool and garden.

The lower ground floor houses the games room, with a pool table and table tennis table.

The bedrooms are configured as follows:

Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor with a door that connects to bedroom 2 where they share a large bathroom. We have created this to be flexible, where bedroom 1 and 2 can be completely independent from one another. Or if guests prefer it, it can be created to make a suite ideal for families with children. This bedroom has twin beds, with fitted sliding wardrobes.

All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are tiled with porcelain tiles. The hallways and staircase are tiled with a marble travertine tile.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is a modern, matt white, handles kitchen with integrated appliances, 2 fridge freezers, 900cm wide oven, electric hob. With a white stone worktop.

There is a breakfast bar that seats 4-6 guests in the kitchen area.

The kitchen opens out to the dining area where there is a table that can seat a further 20 guests. The dining room location has been designed to be between the kitchen and the BBQ which is located on the shaded terrace. The dining area looks onto the living room and pool area.

Living room:

Large open plan living with an L Shaped sofa and 2 further sofa's to comfortably accommodate 26 guests.

Large television with satellite TV and Wi-Fi connection.

There is a pool table and table tennis table located within the villa for guests to use.

Further details outdoors:
You can have a relaxing family holiday or a day of golf, sightseeing, activities on the beach or just relaxing by the pool with a glass of local wine. The Algarve Shopping Centre with its numerous shops, cinemas and restaurants is only a 20 minute drive away.

family group of 21 with age range from 5 to 65. there was space for everyone to enjoy a fun filled holiday Christmas holiday ever. in the best villa.

Online images of this villa do not do it justice. It is much bigger than it looks and is highly equipped to cater for large groups. Loved the bluetooth sound system in the living room which was so handy.
Miguel was on hand for any requests and organised numerous minibuses for us all to get out and around. He was waiting at the airport on our arrival and was prompt in picking us up to go home too.
We all really enjoyed our stay, would recommend to anyone and would return without hesitation.

I had the in-enviable task of organising a stag do for 34 mates as best man this summer (June 2017), however, I stumbled upon this property and realised it could accommodate up to 36 (more if needed) which was fantastic news! This meant not only could I house everyone under one roof, but the overall cost per head ended up being less than £100 for Thursday - Sunday trip, which is crazy.

The villa itself was incredible, loads of double bedrooms, with en suite facilities per double bedroom. We were in a gated off private villa, with a huge kitchen, living/dining area, Bluetooth sound system, BBQ and swimming pool. The whole experience was fantastic and it meant I didn't need to do much else to keep the group happy.

Location wise, we used Uber or a local taxi firm, which took around 5-10 mins to get to the main strip for stag do fun, which was always less than €10 per trip and generally quick and easy.

I liaised with a UK guy (Jim Murray) beforehand and afterwards to pre-book taxis and discuss the payments etc. I then dealt with Miguel in Portugal who was very helpful giving me a tour of the property, with security details and was always available if required. He also let me know the nearest supermarket (10 min walk) where we could stock up on beer and food.

I genuinely can't describe how good this property is for a large group, and to top it all off, despite minor damage to a chair and some broken glasses, we got the full deposit back which we were able to use as a wedding gift.

A truly memorable weekend for all.
