Ideally located, our modern 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with private pool is only 200 meters from Meia Praia beach and restaurants, & only a 5 minute drive from the Marina, Palmares Golf Club & Lagos town centre. The apartment is set within a modern two storey Villa (both floors can be rented separately or together), and it´s located in a tranquil residential area, next to a 4 star resort & has fantastic views of Meia Praia beach, one of western coast´s largest beaches & voted one of the top 10 best beaches on the Algarve. There are several restaurants nearby with some of the best fish & seafood. For all the sport enthusiasts, there are various sports available nearby: windsurfing, wakeboarding, kayaking, kite-surfing, diving, sailing, surfing, golf, & tennis. Great for family holidays, golf enthusiasts or joint couple retreat.
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: double bed and en-suite bathroom. Large built-in mirrored wardrobe and direct access to private pool.
Bedroom 2: double bed/ or twin beds with en-suite bathroom. Large built-in mirrored wardrobe and access to patio.
BATHROOMS: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1: wc, bathroom with shower cubicle. En-suite bathroom to bedroom 2: wc, bathroom with bathtub. Hairdryer provided.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped: cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
Living area: The sitting room is spacious and has a 40 inch flat screen television with cable and DVD player. Internet access is also available. The sitting room also has a fireplace and access to a large private patio with garden. Great for dining al fresco.
Linen and towels are provided although clients are advised to take their own beach towels.
Swimming pool: Pool is for the sole use of the Ground Floor, when rented separately.
A rich cultural history, great weather, award winning blue flag beaches, a lively marina and animated town centre, is what makes Lagos one of the most appealing touristic destinations.

This was a lovely property. It was nice and clean. Communication with owner was excellent and it was nice to meet Carolina on our arrival. It was a very quite area and very close to the beach (a short walk). We enjoyed our stay here, although we had a few days of cooler weather. The pool was clean and I would recommend this villa. A great area to stay in.

This was our second stay at the apartment, on the basis it was so good first time round. We were not disappointed and enjoyed the facilities, the beach and the town. It was a very relaxed vacation in this well located, clean and well equipped apartment. We may well book again for the same time next year! Tim W. We was looking for a quiet, private location with home from home comforts. The villa was immaculate, very homely, well equipped, wifi, private pool & BBQ area. The villa is located a few hundred metres away from Meia Praia beach approximately one mile out of Lagos and we frequently walked into town/harbour in around 20 minutes. There are beach bars and restaurants in the local area too. We also had numerous BBQs at the villa since the weather was perfect and filled our time relaxing, dolphin watching, a visit to the local zoo and of course playing a little golf. The owners (Carolina) was a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend this villa to anybody looking for a peaceful holiday, the serenity and local birdlife topped off the holiday too. Our family is Portuguese, however, we have lived abroad for many years. We've been coming to Meia Praia, Lagos for years as it was family tradition to gather up in the summer. We decided to design and build our house on family property which was completed in 2009. Our family for generations have gone to Meia Praia. We love the versatility of the Algarve and we try to come to Lagos as much as possible. We have been coming to Meia Praia for more than 30 years as there is so much to offer. Great beaches, great restaurants and an animated night life in Lagos town center is what makes us not go anywhere else on vacation. Unique benefits: Location and ocean views are key. The house is in a quiet residential area, yet close to town, but most importantly it is walking distance to Meia Praia beach. So fantastic view from the house. There are great beach restaurants along the beach, so if not up to driving to Lagos you can just walk for fresh seafood. It is perfect for who wants a relaxing, yet, diversified holiday.
