Overview
Beautiful villa with sea views, renovated in 2023 / 2024, located in a nice and quiet district of Carvoeiro, it has a private pool that can be heated, surrounded by private gardens.
The villa is well furnished and equipped with air conditioning, with three en suite bedrooms + 1 very small bedroom for 1 or 2 children < 15 years old.
Enclosed areas : 236 m2 / covered terraces: 55 m2 including a small terrasse with panoramic views protected from the winds.
It is ideally suited for family holidays and those looking for privacy and relaxation (dead end location + no overlooking neighbours).
Within walking distances: Carvoeiro beach around 25 minutes, various restaurants within 10 to 15 minutes and 5 minutes only to reach the local Tennis Club fitted with new padel courts.
Water in the house is continuously ensured in case of local water supply disruption with automatic switch to our private buried water tank.
The villa is a non smoking property and does not accept groups of guests aged under 25 years nor any pets.
Airport transfers can be arranged door to door direct, please ask for details.
A condition of booking is that all guests have comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover, personal effects and public liability.
There is a gardener, once a week, to look after the garden and a poolman who makes sure that the pool is always in good condition twice a week in summer. Outdoor cameras ensured surveillance of the garden.

Beautiful villa in a great location My family and I stayed at Carpe Diem in November 2023. The villa is spacious, beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed all of the facilities and were lucky with the weather. The location is good, very peaceful yet close to the centre of Carvoeiro. We will definitely return! Google Traduction
Perfect family holiday in the perfect villa, Villa Carpe Diem Carvoeiro Villa Carpe Diem Carvoeiro is a fabulous villa. It more than exceeded our expectations. Absolutely everything was perfect. We had a fantastic holiday here. Our youngest learnt to swim in the heated pool. We loved it so much we are returning in June
