Blackrock Villa

This Villa has distinct features, the swimming pool has a large shallow area, making it a great villa to simply relax and enjoy a drink. The spacious open-plan lounge and dining leads to the front veranda (for alfresco dining) and is complemented by a high tech modern and fully equipped kitchen and side laundry room. The stairs will lead to the bedroom area and a small lounge area. Many further facilities are close by: The village of Caniço with a good selection of restaurants and a branded supermarket; the resort of Caniço de Baixo with its lovely sea promenade, and the lovely Portinho sea access; the capital, Funchal, which is only 20 minutes’ drive away.
The location of the Villa is simply peaceful and with an amazing view.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-ring electric induction cooker, dishwasher, built-in electric oven and microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster.

Outdoor:
Swimming pool and pool deck with sunbeds, sun umbrella, shower.
Outdoor seating.
Ground floor covered front veranda.

Swimming pool heating:
Heating is optional and costs 50.00€ per day with minimum of use of 7 days for 25ºC, paid in cash on arrival.
Pool heating can be provided and should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on.

Other:
Laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Secure parking facilities.
There is free Wi-Fi connection throughout the villa.

Cleaning:
Cleaning and linen change is provided every 7 days.
All linen and towels are provided, including towels for the swimming pool.

Booking Notes:
The advertised prices are based on a 2-person occupancy and supplements apply should anyone join you for any length of time.
This Villa is for Adults Only however we make an exception for children from 0 to 2 years and from 12 years old.

Eco tax:
As the house is located in Santa Cruz it is subject to the tourist tax (eco tax). It's €2 per day, up to 7 days for people over 13 years old. For further clarification, contact us.
