This lovely 3 bedroom villa is situated in the Western Algarve.The area is secluded and friendly but has retained the Portuguese charm that originally attracted visitors to the area.

The villa has a good proximity to local restaurants and shops, and the beautiful Algarve beaches. The villa sleeps eight. It has lush, mature gardens and a clear, uncrowded pool. If you can tear yourself away from the peace of the villa and it's gardens there is golf, sailing, diving and fantastic Portuguese food in the friendly and varied restaurants.

The villa is number 10 of a 25 house complex. It comprises three bedrooms, two of which have French door access to the gardens and the spacious sitting/dining room upstairs has access to a sun terrace with table/chairs for outdoor eating and a spectacular view . It overlooks the garden with sun loungers and BBQ area plus table. It also offers free WiFi Access.

The Master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom and a balcony. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and large built in wardrobes. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. All bedrooms have French windows on to gardens.

En-suite bathroom to the Master bedroom with shower over bath, bidet, toilet and basin. Additional shower room with basin, toilet and shower. Both completely refitted recently. Additional cloakroom upstairs.

The kitchen has been totally refitted and provides oven, induction hob, microwave, washer/dryer, iron, mixer and an extensive supply of cooking and dining equipment. It looks over the front gardens and pool area and is filled with morning sun.

The living/dining room is on the first floor to take advantage of the views and is spacious and light providing comfortable seating and dining. There is a TV, DVD and video. A French window leads onto the terrace with table and chairs.

There is a large heated outdoor swimming pool with seperate childrens pool.There are ample sunloungers and lots of space to spread out and sunbathe.

The villa is situated only a 5 minute walk to the local village of Figueira with restaurants,bars and shops.

Within only a 5 minute drive you will find a larger Hypermarket.The beach is also a 5 minute drive but you can walk to it which will take about 20 minutes.

Tennis and Golf are also only a 5 minute drive.

The picturesque village of Figueira is typically Portuguese.

There is a small shop in the village and a good supermarket 2km away.

There are two friendly restaurants in the village serving local food and a huge selection of other restaurants in the surrounding areas. There is no cash machine in the village, the nearest are in Parque da Floresta and also in the nearest supermarket.

Boat trips and deep sea fishing are available from Lagos and Sagres.

Coast/Beach
Figueira Beach reached by a footpath 1 km. away.Salema fishing village and its beach are 2km away. Nearby Praia da Luz offers great water sport. There are many other beaches on both the west and south facing coast within minutes by car, some excellent for surfing. There is also good bird watching in the area.

Golf
Parque da Floresta golf course is 2 km. away with discounts available, their spa and leisure resort offers extensive beauty therapies and a large pool (payment at spa). Lawn bowling. Water parks and water sports available locally. Many other golf courses within easy driving distance, notably Palmares, Penina and Boavista and the recently opened Espiche.
