Large garden not overlooked for total privacy, with palm trees, olive trees, fig trees, plane trees, cacti... and a large swimming pool (15m x 6m) heated on request, with salt filtration system. Outdoor shower. Terrace with deck chairs and pergola, barbecue area and rooftop to admire the sunset. The poolhouse has a sauna and 2 bikes to explore the region.

Ground floor:
Its large living room, with fireplace and TV, allows you to enjoy the light and the view of the pine forest and the ocean. The living room has direct access to the outdoor terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
The kitchen, fully equipped (gas cooking, oven and microwave, American refrigerator...), opens onto an indoor dining room and two outdoor dining areas in front of the swimming pool.
A suite with queen sized bed (160x200), bathroom (shower, toilet) and direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. A suite with 2 single beds, bathroom (shower, toilet) and view of the garden. “Dormitory” room with 2 bunk beds (4 people), bathroom (shower, toilet) and direct access to the garden.

First floor:
A large suite with king sized bed (180x200), bathroom (bath and toilet), private terrace with views of the pine forest and the ocean.

Outside:
Spacious garden with full privacy and a large, heatable and private swimming pool (15m x 6m), slat water. Outside shower. Sunterrace with sunloungers and sun/windscreens, great place to relax. The poolhouse has a sauna, 2 bikes are available for your use to discover the area. Terrace with a stone barbeque and a few very nice olivetrees. You have also access from the outside to the blue terrace (first floor) where you can enjoy a nice glass of green wine during the sunset.

What to do around: beaches with water sports (surfing, kiting, windsurfing, paddle...), visit to Lisbon and Sesimbra, hikes in the Sierra da Arrabida and Cape Espichel, 2 golf courses 30 minutes away (Aroeira golf resort and Quinta do Peru), walks or bike rides in the pine forest and much more !
