Two bedrooms in the lower level of the property in which one bedroom has 4 bunk beds. There is also a washroom and a small games room.

The master suite has a wrap around balcony with a bistro set in which you may enjoy the sunrise and sunsets overlooking the ocean.

Some of the best beaches the coast has to offer very close to the house, including some of the top surfing beaches Portugal has to offer !

1km away to Peralta Beach
3km to Areia Branca, with Peniche just a short 20km away. Daily surf lessons can be found year round at most of the beaches close to home.

Two parking spaces on the property inside the house gate. One spot outside the gete, additional cars have to park their cars outside the gate entrance into the complex.
