The Villa
This stunning, recently completed, fully air conditioned, two storey villa features a private gated driveway, exceptional build quality, large gardens and its own private pool measuring 12m x 7m with plenty of surrounding terraces and sunbeds. The designer kitchen is well equipped including an American style fridge/freezer and a separate fully equipped utility room. A pillared entrance hall with sweeping twin staircases, gives direct access to the spacious lounge with sky satellite TV, a 52 inch LCD TV and DVD. The patio doors lead out to the terraces & pool and adjacent to the lounge is a separate dining room. Also downstairs there are two twin bedrooms sharing an en- suite, one with sky TV and a separate cloakroom. Upstairs three bedrooms lead off a large galleried landing with seating & each has lovely en-suite facilities, built in wardrobes and private balconies. Linen, towel change & maid service is once per week, more frequent maid and laundry service can be arranged at an extra charge. Beach towels are provided.

Outside
The villa is set on a 3000m² plot featuring tastefully landscaped gardens. The pool and surrounding area is top class with a barbecue area, seating for al fresco dining and a table tennis set.

Local Area
There is an excellent selection of restaurants nearby offering local specialities and international cuisine. The church of São Lourenco is worth a visit with its interior covered with 18th century ceramic tiles. You also find there an interesting little cultural centre open to the public with its art exhibitions and a variety of events. The famous golf and holiday resort Quinta do Lago is one of the most exclusive destinations of its kind not only in Portugal, but also in Europe. It is located on the border of the natural reserve Ria Formosa near Almancil. The endless sandy beach, located on the Anção peninsula, is not only inviting for swimming in the crystal clear water of the Atlantic Ocean, but also for enjoyable walks. It can be easily accessed via a wooden bridge over the lagoon.

The Villa is situated within the Golden Triangle and is only 5 minutes walk from two excellent Portuguese restaurants, Almancil is just 3 minutes by car and has some excellent Restaurants including a superb Chinese restaurant. Apolonia supermarket caters for the very best in fresh meat or fish and has a super bakery; it is very similar to Waitrose or M & S and is only 3 minutes drive from the villa.

There is a cycle shop only five minutes by car where clients can hire bicycles. There is also a fantastic Go Karting facility just 5 minutes drive from the villa. Vilamoura is 20 minute drive from the Villa and on the way is the biggest most exciting Water Park for all the family. Loule is a beautiful Portuguese town only 15 minutes by car. Loule has a great Market for all fresh foods and good prices.
