Beautiful, large 6 bedroom villa with private pool and garden area, moments from the beach, bars, restaurants and nightlife of Albufeira Town.
Overview
As you enter the property there is an gate to the left to park one car, there is additional parking outside for 2 further cars.
There is a path that leads to the entrance of the villa and a side path leading to the BBQ, and pool area.
The villa is located with a large garden which is rare for villas in the centre of Albufeira Town, there are plenty of areas to sit and relax enjoying the sun. Our guests benefit from plenty of room around the pool to enjoy the sun on a sun lounger throughout the day. There are 2 private terraces on the 1st floor of the villa which are south facing, and with views onto the sea.
Although in the heart of Albufeira Town, the villa is located at the end of a cobbled road and is quiet and peaceful throughout the day and in the evening.
The rear of the property has a tiled patio area, surrounded by flowering shrubs, shade and fruit trees. . There is a built in barbecue and a shaded tiled garden table and benches.
The front garden is laid mostly to tiles, with many flowering plants, and the veranda is shaded by bougainvillea.
Villa Teresa is situated at the lower end of “the Strip” and is a short walk from the nearest beach, at Oura.
Location
Villa Teresa is located on Rua Vitoria. This is a road located just off the Strip in Albufeira Town, with plenty of bars, restaurants and the main beach and nightlife within minutes walk of the villa.
There is a supermarket close by and a car is not necessary to enjoy the amenities of Albufeira. There is plenty of activities to do on the beach, or in town in many of the bars or cafes.
There is a tourist bus service that goes past the road that this villa is located if you wish to visit the Old Town.
Villa Interior
Villa Teresa is a large 6 bedroom villa.
As you enter the villa through the living room (which is open plan) you will find the kitchen and dining area. There are 3 large sofas, coffee table and satellite TV with many English channels.
The kitchen is fully integrated with a breakfast table and large sliding doors that lead out onto the pool and garden area.
The villa has a good sized modern kitchen which is integrated with a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker and oven. There is a breakfast table for 8 people.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor.
VILLA TERESA BEDROOM CONFIG
Ground Floor: Two twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom (1 Single bed CAN be added). One of the twins is en suite but with Jack n Jill door to also act as house bathroom. Double bedroom & 1 Twin with Jack N Jill en suite facilities.
1st Floor: One triple bedroom which is en suite (2 extra singles can be added), 1 double which is en suite (1 extra bed can be added) & 1 twin which is en suite.

We had a couple of issues initially. These were dealt with promptly. Great location near the strip, but quiet at nighttime. Good size pool

We had a wonderful stay for 4nights for my hen party, location is 2mins walk to strip on the new town, taxi 5mins to old town. The night life you can't really hear when in villa. The villa was clean tidy & everything we needed. The pictures now should be updated as the sun lounges ate new much better and the table in kitchen area is now bigger beautiful large wooden table if wanted a family meal inside. Communication with booking was always answered & they also sorted transfers for us which was spot on. Thanks again for this wonderful stay.

Had a great stay at this property for a hen party. We are slightly older and still enjoyed the vibrant location of the strip but I wouldn’t go here for a family holiday. The villa is a little tired and needs a face lift, cupboards etc worn and slightly damp smelling, better mattresses as the springs were uncomfortable in the majority of beds, the other girls didn’t sleep well either.
However, it was super clean and had everything we needed for a large group. The location is excellent for the party life of the strip but still quiet and we felt safe. Pool area lovely and personal.
Communication with the owner was fantastic and he really looked after us. Organising transfers for us, answering a million questions and communicating whilst we were there. Thank you Jim had a top stay! Would definitely go again.

I'm going to leave an honest review.
The bedrooms and the pool are great, location is good too.
This is for stag and hens and parties and I'd reccomend for that. As a family with young children I thought the place needed a real deep clean, there were no parasols and sunbeds are dated. That said the pool is great and location is great too just off the strip and it's really quiet. Ingore the reviews of being loud etc as it isn't, out 3 year old slept from 8pm.
My only complaint is that it's not clean enough inside the kitchen areas and the Aircon in double room downstairs isn't working properly. Rest of the place is a good find for the price.

Couldn’t have asked for a better villa for an aging stag group! Facilities, entertainment, good arrangements of bedrooms and nothing we were lacking for a good long weekend. Being literally 200 yards off The Strip was ideal, Sadly we got broken into the first night whilst we was in bed asleep, called the property manager and he called the police and it was dealt with straight away. over all fantastic villa and management.

Was really lovely villa, nice location -good facilities - only down fall was pool wasn’t heated and was cold but we knew this wasn’t heated before we booked
