All that you need for extended vacations nearby the ocean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The village is fully equipped with kitchen furniture, barbecue and washing machine. The staff is helpful and quick fixing any topic. Parking is available. The access from the location to any part of Algarve is quite easy as it is near the Highway and EN125. Supermarkets, shopping malls are very near using car, also possible walking or bike, but we did not try that option.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday staying in this villa. Sandra arranged the return transfer from the airport for us and it was very reliable and the drivers were very helpful and friendly. When we arrived at the villa Sandra was waiting for us and showed us around and gave us all the information we needed regarding the villa and the directions to the super market and old town. This is our 3rd year staying in one of Sandra's villas, and she has always been very helpful and replied to any questions quickly. The villa is beautiful, well equipped and the terrace and balcony are large. The bedroom balcony is very private, and we loved sitting there in the evenings watching the sunset. It is just a 10 min walk to the supermarket which sells everything you need. The pathway to the old town is a lovely walk away from traffic. We love the old town with lots of shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed sitting and listening to the panpipe players in the square. The beaches are beautiful golden sand. We will definitely be returning to this area again for another holiday.

Wonderful spacious villa and super complex! Sandra was there to welcome us and our first impression of the villa was breathtaking. Very spacious and had everything you needed. There were a few niggles but Sandra sorted these straight away. She was lovely. The villa was very well equipped with sunbeds, washing machine, microwave etc. Even tennis rackets!. The only disappointing thing was, we thought we had cable tv but we only had sky news and some local programmes. But we bought a device called chromecast from the electrical shop at the algarve shopping centre (about half hour walk) and could access netflicks, youtube and spotify through our phones which was great. The wifi was very strong and reliable which was good. The site was really quiet and the fabulous swimming pool was never busy. The balcony was huge. enough room for 4 adults to lie on sun loungers. There was a great supermarket about 10 minutes away which sold everything you needed. We also spent alot of time in the farmvillage cafe. It was like our second home. the food and owners (family run) were amazing. Loved it. The walk into town was a good 20 minutes. This didn't bother us at all. It was a pleasant walk. Sometimes we got a taxi back which was 5 euros with tip. You have the best of both worlds staying here. not far from the town but absolute peace and quiet when on the complex. The apartment was lovely and cool inside and we had no need to use the air conditioning. The bedrooms were both en suite and huge with their own balconies. we had 3 bathrooms. The sofa was so comfy. We really really loved this place and we knew we could phone Sandra anytime if we had any questions or queries. Would definately recommend.
