This modern air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment with sea views is great for group getaway or family holiday, situated close to the old town of Albufeira and just 500 metres to the beach.
Overview
This small complex of just 18 apartments is a short stroll to Albufeira Marina, the beach and historic Albufeira Old Town, and benefits from a shared pool, and underground garage.
The lively town of Albufeira is just a few minutes to walk to, with its abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and beaches, but there are also welcoming bars and restaurants very close by.
PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is in a peaceful closed condominium with several older generation occupants. We therefore do not accept any hen parties, stag parties or same-sex groups under the age of 45.
The apartment has 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and 1 twin bedded room, plus a full bathroom. There is a security safe.
The living/dining room has lovely sea views, Smart TV, DVD player and Playstation 2. It is well furnished, with patio doors to the terrace.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with Kettle, Toaster, Dishwasher, Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, and Washing machine, making this apartment also suitable for a long winter stay, as well as a summer holiday.
An iron and ironing board, plus clothes dryer, are also provided.
AIR CONDITIONING AND WI-FI ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
There is secure parking and lift access.
Living Room - Modern, airy and stylishly decorated room with large comfy sofa. Elegant dining table and chairs, Smart TV, DVD Player, and Air Conditioning. Patio door access to south facing balcony/terrace with sea views.
Kitchen - Fully fitted with modern appliances. Electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Breakfast bar/serving hatch to living/dining room.
Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 is a modern and bright twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom - Ensuite to Bedroom 2 with shower, WC, and hand basin. Family bathroom has bath with shower over, WC and basin.
Other - Private terrace to the front and rear.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service - Linen and bath towels are included in rental costs. We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter, this is included in the rental cost.
The south facing front terrace enjoys the sun all day, and offers stunning sea views. The rear terrace has views over the swimming pool is bathed in sunshine until late evening.
The apartments' communal swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace. Complimentary sunbeds are provided - a great place for relaxing!
The nearest sandy beach is just a 500 metres stroll, and the vast array of shops, stylish boutiques, bars and restaurants of the Old Town are within a few minutes walking distance.

Brilliant apartment and great host!
Hi Susie we loved the apartment. Location was perfect for us quiet with short walk into town and similar walk to the marina around 15 mins. Loved the fact it had two balconies front and back. Kitchen had all the utensils, crockery which we needed. Bedrooms were a good size and pull out sofa handy. We had a lovely time and thanks for being so accommodating.
