Beautiful 4 Bedroom Villa Silva, Private Pool, Albufeira

Couldn’t recommend this property enough.

Superb location, literally <5 minutes from the main road and multiple restaurants/bars/cafes within this distance also, while also providing access to a 10 minute walk to the beach.
Despite being so close to the action it was not a loud area and has a lovely residential feel to it.

The villa itself had plenty of room inside it for what we needed (a group of 10) and each room was comfortable enough. The pool area was ideal and kept clean while the table tennis table provided plenty of entertainment.

The property contact, Jim, was extremely helpful, sorting out transfers to/from the airport, and was always on hand to answer any queries that we had.

The location itself is worth the price that we paid for it, and with everything else on top the value for money is fantastic.

A group of 7 of us stayed for 3 nights for a hen do. I will say initially I was a little apprehensive as there hadn’t been any recent reviews for years when we booked. I’m honestly so glad we booked!!

The villa is beautiful particularly the pool area. The beds were very comfortable and as someone that always sleeps with a quilt I was very grateful the beds had quilts and not just a thin sheet. The air con was much appreciated as it was around 33-37 during our stay but was very cool in the villa.

We did need to contact Miguel (fantastic host, he met us on the day and was fab) as one of the shower drains was blocked the first night we used it. Quick response and someone came out 0930 the next day. They managed to fix the shower and had a quick check and fixed one of the air cons that wasn’t blowing as cold as the others and the toilet that had started dripping that morning. Speedy service.

If you’re unsure don’t be, villa is like the photos and an amazing location (5min walk from the strip, €4/5 euro taxi to old town).
We all said we defo come back to the villa again and probs for longer next time!!

Wonderful stay at this villa.
Jim was great at communicating before our stay and ensured we had everything we needed.
Check in was smooth and well organised.
Fantastic location close to strip and a short taxi ride from the old town.
Would happily go back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Villa. Excellent location and perfect for a group holiday. The villa could do with some updating but generally it was ideal for our needs.
Only comments we would make are that it would have been useful if there had been a pack of information left for us, for example local recommendations for restaurants, taxi numbers etc and also details for the Wi-fi. I did make contact with the owner but had no response which was disappointing. We were also told somebody would come and see us regarding our check in but they never did. Overall would recommend this as a place to stay.

Although the villa was near the strip it was quiet and secluded in a nice peaceful area. The only negatives which are nothing major are there was some empty plastic glasses around the pool when we got there and the hose pipe was left in the pool to top it up which we had to remove but no real issues. The airport transfer we booked through the villa was late picking us up both from villa and airport but again not a massive issue as only 15 minutes. Villa is what you would expect in terms of its basic and a few parts need some attention but it was clean had aircon and was perfect for what we needed. Overall very good

Our overall impression of the villa was good, the only true problem was the kitchen. Nothing in the kitchen was grounded.
