“スタッフはとても親切です。”ホテルのスタッフは要望すれば大概のことは便宜を図ってくれます。私はヘルスメーターを持ってきてもらいました。とにかく困ったことがあれば、スタッフに相談するべきです。不満な点はルームクリーニングが3日に一度ということです。 ただ別に料金を支払えば毎日ルームクリーニングをしてくれます。

8 out of 10 Great staff Posted Jun 27, 2017 Irene was excellent in checking me in as I arrived early. Very compassionate! The room was just like the picture on the internet and spacious. great space as it's above Robinsons Mall which makes it easy to go eat.

10 out of 10 by alvin Very nice and clean Posted Dec 7, 2016 I usually visit Manila every two years or so with my wife and we always stay at Hyatt Manila but this time I had to go by myself so I have to look online for something more affordable and close to my sister's house, and then I found this condo. This is my first time staying here and I would say I really enjoyed my stay (Nov. 25 - Dec. 2, 2016). Very accessible to the Robinsons Mall where I did all my shopping and lots of restaurant to choose from lunch to dinner. Room is clean and comfortable with its own kitchen to do your cooking if you want to (I didn't use it but I find it very handy) just like the other review said it makes you feel at home, also free wi-fi to do my business and the staff was nice and friendly, very accommodating specially Annie. I'm so glad I found this online and I am not disappointed at all, I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Manila

Apartment instead of room”Reviewed December 10, 2015 Location near mall and embassy, small kitchen, separate bedroom and balcony Great place to stay if you have business at the US Embassy and will be there for a couple of days. The condos are part of the Robinson Mall complex so you have places to eat, atms, shopping and movies right there. Having a small kitchen for preparing coffee or small meals is fantastic. I would stay here again.
