10 out of 10 by Carrie on Exceeded expectation. Posted Dec 5, 2018 This condo exceeded my expectations. My unit was decently furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Air con was working so well that I had to turn it off at the middle of the night cause the bedroom gets too cold. Bed linens, towels and shower curtain were changed every week as well as general cleaning of the unit. Location is the best, just step out of the private door of MCH and you’re inside the nice, big Ribinson Mall with all the fine eateries inside. Security is 24/7 and the front desk staffs were all very friendly and courteous. Special shoutout to Annie, the managing staff of my unit. She’s very friendly and attentive to details. One thing I had problem with was NO parking space allotted to this unit. My son stayed with me at night and had to pay parking at Robinson Mall for 500 pesos for overnight parking ( day rate also apply ) every night which gets pretty costly if you stayed for weeks and sometimes for a month. Overall, very satisfied with MCH Suites at Robinson Place Residencies. Will stay there again.

The elevators were fast so at the 25th floor we were there in less than a minute if there were no stops on the way. There is always a nice breeze at the higher levels too, so the sliding door on the bedroom balcony was very nice too. I would rather have electronic keys, but the doors did have two deadbolts with regular keys. After reading the the rule book I saw that security is very good there so you can always rest at ease. The refrigerator, microwave, gas stove top,rice cooker, etc. all worked fine. 32 in flat screen with basic cable with HBO was ok. Annie was our house keeping attendant and she returned our cash deposit first thing as we were checking out, so we recommend Annie for house keeping. It was close enough to the US Embassy to walk. Its not far but you might ask security which direction to walk out of there. Probably best to walk all the way through the mall and exit the mall closer to the embassy. Having the keys to the mall was great to have.

Great location, connected to Robinson Mall. Spacious condo with separate bedroom, kitchen area, etc. Price is comparable to the other condos in the area. I would book it again in the future, no doubt. I like this better than nearby Birch Tower, where I frequently stayed before.

It was nice to just go downstairs and a short walk down the hall and you're in the mall. The room was a good size 1 bedroom. No TV in the bedroom but that was okay. Internet was not fast but okay. I would consider staying here again.

A Great Place to Stay”Reviewed July 9, 2015 Price, Location, Reasonably Spacious Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at MCH Suites at Robinson's Place. We found the room to be reasonably spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was superb, the best we have found in any Manila accommodation in the $50-$90/night price range. In addition, it was very quiet with no loud night clubs, discos, or other things nearby. It also was one of the quietest accommodations we have stayed in at that price range in Manila. There was access to a nice pool and basic fitness room within the compound. The access to the mall was superb and provided easy access to a supermarket, shopping, and a variety of restaurant food choices at a variety of price levels. The convenience was significant. When we finished our stay, we said it was our new first choice place to stay in Manila. However, a few weeks later one of us stayed at the BSA Tower in Makati. We found that place to be even better, slightly cheaper, and easily double the size in terms of spaciousness. The air conditioning was slightly worse, but still quite good. The proximity to Greenbelt Mall was great, although there were less "budget" food options nearby than when we stayed at MCH Suites. In addition, there was no nearby supermarket. It also had a more full-time reception and more "hotel-like" staff. Overall, we enjoyed MCH Suites at Robinson's Place and we also enjoyed the BSA Tower in Makati. We might slightly lean towards the BSA Tower for future stays, but if price suddenly became significantly different between the two, we would probably book the cheaper since they are both good.
