The condo location is a good easy to find and about 30 minutes in traffic from the airport. Taxies are a to get right in front of the building. Many places to eat less then five minutes taxi or trike ride. If you feel like walking (it's safe), Robinson Plaza is about five minutes car, or 20 minute walk. Odette, you are the best. Thanks again as always for making my stay wonderful. Check-in and check was a breeze.

Nice place, eveytime we stay here we feel safe. And also close to the places you want to go like Manila ocean park, Robinsons place and Manila Zoo.

Too close to everything you need

Location, excellent customer service by the concierge named IRENE and security personnel attentiveness.

I have stayed in the mabini malate area in the past,so I know what to expect in the area.Part of the charm of staying in manila is experience of dealing with traffic and the different characters.The condo itself is very confortable,with hot shower and quality cable tv.Had the chance to sun by the pool while overlooking the busy streets,that is real life in manila.The staff was very helpful and friendly,I had to extend a few days for another dental appointment,so luckily the unit was available.they even came by after a few days to clean the condo,which was a special bonus.The gym is a bit run down,but that has nothing to do with the condo itself.Most gyms never look like the pics you see online.For less than 3 dollars you can have a cab ride to Mall of Asia ,City of Dreams casino or one of the other casinos close to condo.

I love the owner Odette, She is very accommodating at all her properties. The unit is fully furnished with Microwave, Refrigerator, Toaster, Rice cooker, Coffee maker, Hot Kettle, Dishes, and Pots and Pans. It also has a nice balcony with nice views. You can get 1 free cleaning a week, just make sure you ask for Irene as she does a proper Job. This unit also has a storage room in which you can hang your laundry to dry. It also has a flatscreen TV and DVD player in the bedroom. A/C is cold and the water is nice and warm. Odette also provided us with a cell phone for communication, but seemed only some numbers worked on the carrier. The Building has a outdoor pool that is very cold, also a lot of tables and chairs to relax, There is a convenience store on the 6th floor. Now for the things I did not like. The walls are very thin in this unit, If you have a disrespectful neighbor as we did, it can be a chore to get proper sleep. Even Odette tried to make them be quiet, they simply had no home training. When I booked this room, it said there was a "washer", I was surprised when there was not one. I was excited that my girlfriend would not have to wash clothes, The listing has since been updated to reflect that. Over all, it was a good stay, but the neighbors did make it a little rough. It is centrally located in the center part of Manila, so order in food is fast, or there are a number of places to eat close by.

This is my second time in this particular condo unit. The service from Mrs. Odette's staff is outstanding. The location is good as it is central to shopping and good night-life. I will always us Mrs. Odette for my lodging arrangements. I highly recommend her service.

Iranga Colombo-Sri Lanka Apr 2015 Review for Le Mirage de Malate, Unit LM 01 Stayed at this 1BR fully-furnished apartment for a week in April 2015 (a week ago). Since I made the inquiry through the site about the interest of this apartment for my stay, Ms Odette was responding promptly giving all the necessary information and clarifications which was a very good host quality response required by all interested customers. Within a day the booking was confirmed thanks to her quick feedback and since the location suited my holiday perfectly and very reasonable price for an apartment near the Manila Bay. Even after the booking confirmation it was very easy to communicate and get the apartment address, cost and method of transport from airport etc etc from Ms Odette. When I arrived her staff was at the lobby to welcome and showed the apartment utilities and key handover. The apartment was as perfect as the pictures shown in the site and very neat and clean with good hot-water, TV with many channels of choice and free Wi-Fi internet. All necessary cutlery, crockery, cooking pans, gas cooker, microwave oven etc etc available for our own cooking and a feel of home away from home. The apartment being in a higher floor, made it very cool and comfortable and peaceful with no noise from the busy highway traffic even though we see it all and Manila Bay from the apartment balcony. Restaurants, super-markets, transport is just outside the apartment building or few minute walk. Mall of Asia was just 10 to 15 minutes by taxi, where most of our time was spent shopping, dining, watching movies. Ms. Odette was coordinating with us even after our check-in and arranged the cleaning of the apartment with her staff and made our 4am check-out an ease by arranging her staff to arrive and check the apartment utilities and do the refund of damage deposit money on-time. I would recommend this 1BR apartment for any couple or 2pax group as a wonderful, conveniently located, value for money, very clean and comfortable home-away-from-home. We will definitely stay at this 1BR apartment on our next visits to Manila because we loved the stay.

Edward New York, New York Nov 2013 Review for Le Mirage de Malate, Unit LM 01 When I first got into the building of Le Mirage, a lady named Annie, welcomed me with a very nice smile and showed me the unit. She was very nice and accomodating. It was already quite cold when I entered the unit, which is a big plus. The unit is well maintained and the design is beautiful. A bottle of red wine wrapped in a gorgeous blue wrapper with a slver ribbon on top of the table caught my attention, it was a welcome wine from the owner, Odette. Thank u so much Odette for the delicious wine. The bathroom's design is modern with a very good water pressure, hot and cold shower. The bedroom is so cozy, I slept like a log during my stay there. Everything was just beautiful. The lady cleaner named Lyn, was also very nice and courteous. I highly recommend this place to balikbayans/travellers alike.

This room is located close to everything: the Marketsquare, the Cathedral, MOa and some biggest malls and recruitment agencies. From the window of the room you can watch when the town wakes up untill it goes to sleep. Today we are happy, that our vacation changes the ways we expected to be. The friendly and very hospitality owner. We had a wonderful time staying here. My wife and I stayed in the condo 1004 at Le Mirage de Malate, 2126 a Mabini Str, Malate, Manila, Philippines for a about a month. I decided to look for a rental as my wife (Marife) and I were expecting our first child and the condo allowed for us to both be close to family in Manila and at the same time be close to our doctor and hospital. Now there are plenty of great hotels in the area and throughout Manila, but to be honest we wanted something that was relaxed and more akin to a home, some where we could be together as a family, do our own cooking, have a more real yet relaxed experience and of course prepare for the arrival of our baby girl, then enjoy a family time when she joined us. The quality of the condo from the photographs on Trip adviser looked great, a clean contemporary finish, with great location, ideal. It also was pretty specked out, it had all the comforts we needed, a nice comfortable bed with an LCD television complete with cable and sliding doors to a small balcony. An open plan kitchen dining area with table chairs and a sofa, which led to the bathroom, complete with a small bath and shower mixer, all we really required. It also had WiFi included free and bills were included to, that is a rarity and a real plus. There were also other facilities available, a gym and swimming pool, running track and a function room that could be rented. We didn’t use these facilities, but there were indeed there and looked of a high standard, so all in all pretty specked out and extremely good value for money. It looked ideal for our needs, so I contacted Odette Stegarescu the manager of the property to see if I could book the condo from the 5th of September 2011 till the 5th of October 2011. The service I received from Odette was first rate right from the start, very friendly yet very professional and accommodating, and once I began communication with Odette I began to feel even more confident about my choice, for if you have a good and genuinely lovely person as a point of contact you can bet that they take this character into how the manage the property and the level of quality within. So I booked and felt very happy. After booking I paid the deposit (via PayPal) of $50USD and arranged to meet Odette upon arrival in Manila for at 1pm for check-in. We were a little late due to the traffic in Manila, which is certainly an experience, but she was patiently waiting for us with a smile and friendly warmth. I could write a lot more about our stay, it was eventful with a new born and of course we did stay during a large typhoon where most of the area was flooded by bay waters, leaving us trapped in the condo for about 24hrs, we lost power as you’d expect with such severe weather, but due to emergency generators in the building and the one emergency plug socket in the condo has (this is the one nearest the door on the right as you enter) we weren’t without for long and it was still very comfortable despite these extreme circumstances. All in all our stay was a pleasure, easy access to the bay ( a great place to walk in the morning), easy to get to Robinsons Mall for great shopping, not far from the Mall of asia by taxi, close to older areas of Manila and of course the zoo. Odette was great a real pleasure to do business with, the security was great and extremely helpful in all ways and I felt very safe all the time. There’s even a little general shop located beneath the building itself.
