Apartment Studio Carpe Diem

This is a completely new studio with a double bed 140 cm x 200 cm, and in the gallery a bed for 2 people with stairs and a protective mesh around, everything in the living room. There is TV, AC, fridge as well, dishes washing machine, kitchen with all supplies and equipment.
On the terrace is a table with chairs. The terrace belongs only to this apartment.
There is a share terrace with jacuzzi and sunbeds.

The climate is dry and the southern part of Montenegro is sometimes called wildlife, as many places in the vicinity are intact.
Our house is only 3 minutes walk from the beach! Its best location and panoramic sea view in the area. It was the first holiday home built in the area of Utjeha, and therefore has its own wonderful memories of all its inhabitants. Capacity is 4 persons in total.
Studio apartment is equipped with all the people who need to prepare meals to do laundry. Available: WiFi, A / C. The apartment for rent has a terrace with the best sea view. In front of the house is a small garden with Mediterranean plants and fig tree. Parking at the back of the house is free.
This small Utjeha resort is located 11 km from Bar, 50 km from Podgorica Airport and easily accessible by the Adriatic Coast. It is 12 km from the southern municipality and the old town of Ulcinj, and 10 minutes drive to the popular beach nude Ada Bojana. The famous bay of Kotor is 80 km away, Budva 60 km.
Utjeha beach is made of white stone and is one of the few beaches on the Montenegrin coast that have achieved the "Blue Flag", the highest coastline ranking.
This is a wonderful, charming, romantic place with crystal clear blue sea water. Affordable prices for drinks, food, nightclubs are an additional reason to come and enjoy your vacation.
Our apartment is a great base from which to visit Ada Bojana, Lake Skadar, Lake Karuc, Budva, Kotor Bay, Mount Lovcen, Durmitor, Zabljak, Tara, ...
City tax is not included, it is € 1 per person per day (older than 12 years).
The deposit is EUR 200, will be refunded if there is no damage.

There is no extra cost like parking, electricity, air conditioning, WiFi, towels, linen, grill, ... all free.

Our Carpe Diem apartment has the best sea views in the area.
