he delightful fishing village of Djenovici is just ten minutes walk away from the villa with its pebble beaches and crystal clear water. The historic town of Herceg Novi is a ten minute drive with its delightful old town and picturesque harbour and sea front, there you will find much larger beaches with a great range of lively beach bars and superb restaurants.

The town of Herceg Novi is a ten minute drive, there you can enjoy a great selection of beach front restaurants, modern bars and boutique shops, as well as the charming Old Town with its churches and ancient fort. The famous UNESCO protected walled town of Kotor is just a 30 minutes drive, with beautiful and historic Perast with it's magnificent views on the way.
Hiking up Subra is a must and hiking along the ridge above Kotor bay is spectacular. A nice way to relax after busy active days is with a nice long cocktail at Tramontana followed by dinner at Konoba Catovica Mlini...its really tasty and has been well reviewed by Lonely Planet, Fodors, World Top 7

The villa was in a beautiful location with amazing views and community. It was very easy to get around and close to all main attractions. Great for families and spacious. We were able to get through to the owner majority of the time, however there was one incident where we could not and we just had to sort ourselves. We did have a neighbour who did not like the noise but the owner spoke with them the next day. The only thing I would suggest is that there was a leak coming from th air vents which caused a few slips, the ac units kept breaking as we were not shown upon arrival how to use correctly but overall I would stay again

Good experience, lovely home with kind owner. Clean, spacious, fresh, light, modern & sweet . Great and fun outdoors, nice summer kitchen, we enjoyed it and spent most of our time there. Beach is close, also the amenities are only a short walk away. Good choice.
"One of the most magical places. We love the Villa and love the views. . well positioned for discovering the Montenegrin coast and close enough to the city of Herceg-Novi, Tivat, Kotor & Dubrovnik. Our favorite thing was to go to the local store, buy local goods and wine and sit on our terrace and have a wonderful light dinner. Would recommend for anyone! Cant wait to get back and visit! "
"We just returned from our 2nd stay at Villa and cannot wait to make it three!!!! The owner could not be more cooperative and helpful!!! We were even assisted in arranging a boat excursion in the nearby bay & islands!
