This home was built in 2019. It has two bedrooms, each with air conditioning and enough beds for five people and a sofa bed in the living room + fan for 2 more people. Full kitchen with stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen cabinet and dining room are connected by a bar. Living room and dining room with sofa, table and chairs.

House is located on a private street with security access within the Portoalto community which has a family atmosphere and local people who live and work in Playa del Carmen. It has a terrace, community pool, children's games and mini soccer field.
The best way to get there and get around is by car, taking Marsella Ave, between Universidades Ave and 28 de Julio Ave, In Peninsula Yucatan and the Riviera Maya you will find much to see and do. There is a Tour leaving from Playa del Carmen or even easier (they come to your home), it is recommended to move around the region in your own vehicle, so you will have flexible schedule and easy access to tourist places.
Playa del Carmen is the ideal starting point for your vacation in the Mexican Caribbean. From here you can quickly reach beautiful beaches, nature reserves, tourist attractions, archaeological sites, theme parks and historic cities.
