The panoramic terrace is furnished with garden furniture, sunbeds and also a gas BBQ. This apartment also has a front balcony. Lovely and quite neighbourhood, near shops, restaurants, bus stops and Malta’s best sandy beaches.

Back terrace is 12 sqm, balcony is about 5 sqm and the internal area is about 70 sqm.
– Fast unlimited WiFi internet in all the rooms and IPTV with hundreds of Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge;
– Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 hobs, fridge, freezer, pots, pans etc;
– Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and washing machine;
– Towels and bed sheets are provided.
Water and Electricity is included in the price with a sufficient weekly limit for your stay:
0.5m2 of water/person/week & 150 kWh electricity/per week
Mellieħa is one of the northernmost villages of the Maltese islands and overlooks Malta’s largest sandy beach called Mellieħa Bay, also known as Ghadira and near Paradise Bay, L-Armier Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha Bay, Golden Bay and close to Popeye Village.
Mellieha has a lovely character and picturesque scenes that provide you with a view of life in Malta as well as offering you all amenities for a comfortable holiday. It’s just a 5 to 10-minute drive away from Ċirkewwa, where you can easily hop on the ferry to Gozo or take boats to reach the wonderful Comino Island.
We will meet you on your arrival and if you like we can give you tips on what and when to see, so you make the most out of your holiday.
We would also give you our contact numbers. Our apartments are rented out on Self-Catering Basis and there is no reception. However, our representatives can do arrivals and departures at any time of the day and night, 7 days a week.

Tax for Water, Electricity and Gas Consumption Exceeded
Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0.5 cubic meters of water per person per week 100 kWh per apartment per week 1 gas bottle per apartment per week These consumption parameters of water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumption: €0.42 per kWh for electricity and €8.60 per cubic meter for water. The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay. Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity.
