The apartment has one main bedroom with twin beds. An extra bed can be added upon request. The highlight of this apartment is the spacious front terrace that is equipped BBQ, outdoor furniture, sunbeds and hot tub / Jacuzzi. This apartment is on the 7th floor the highest floor of this block. This apartment is ideal for couples, families with children or a group of up to 5 friends.
In the living room, there is a modern double sofa bed with chaise lounge.
The kitchen is well equipped and the dining table is of the extendable type.
The apartment has also a rear balcony with table and chairs.
The shower room is quite spacious (1.8mx1.8m or 6 ft x 6 ft).
Fast unlimited WiFi internet and TV are free of charge.
Air conditioning and Fans are provided in each room.

If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumption: €0.42 per kWh for electricity and €8.60 per cubic meter for water.
