Overview

The Seashells Self Catering holiday apartments were built in 2015 and thus are brand new apartments, served with lift. They are located just 150 m from Bugibba Promenade that stretches from the older Part of St Paul’s Bay to Qawra.

The location of the Seashells Self Catering holiday apartments Bugibba is idyllic. The block is in a quiet street (que-de-sac). Grocery shops, pharmacies, bus stops, restaurants, bars are all within few meters or walking distance.

Close by there is also the Malta national Aquarium, many nice Lidos, Beach clubs, Bugibba Jetty (where you can take day cruises to the Blue Lagoon and Comino at just euro 20 per person), good takeaways, alfrescos etc.

Bugibba is a big touristic destination and close to all the major Sandy beaches. Bugibba has many nice rocky beaches and a perched sandy beach.

This 70 sqm apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms (3 single beds each), one bathroom with shower, L shape kitchen dining and living area.

In the living room, there is a modern double sofa bed with chaise lounge. There is also space for an extra bed. Cots and high chair for children are available on request.

The kitchen is well equipped and the dining table is of the extendable type.

The apartment has a front and rear balcony.

Fast unlimited WiFi internet in all the rooms and IPTV with hundreds of Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge.

All doors and windows have screens to keep out insects, so you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze without worries.

Towels and bed sheets are also provided.

JoannaK1409 Big and clean apartment Left on Sep 11, 2019 for a stay in Sep 2019 The apartment was clean and provided everything we need, towels and kitchen was full equipped. The owner was very friendly and had some ideas for visiting the island for us. There is enough place to stay with more people, but for two it was also good. Warm water worked perfectly. The apartment is close to the sea and to many restaurant. Also the public transportation is close by.

Cesare P Roma Esperienza fantastica Left on Sep 8, 2019 for a stay in Aug 2019 Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dall oganizzazione della struttura, appartamento molto grande e pulito, completo di ogni confort, dalle stoviglie al tostapane, passando per il microonde, scaldavivande, televisione satellitare, ventilatori, aria condizionata.... tutto, qualunque cosa serva in un appartamento li c è!! Personale accogliente e disponibile, presente per ogni richiesta, ci hanno consigliato posti da visitare ed esperienze da nn perdere. Anche la zona dove è situato l appartamento è molto comoda, vicina al lungomare, vicino al porto, vicino a mezzi di trasporto. Se torniamo a malta, sicuramente torniamo da loro!!!

Compulsory extras

  • Environmental Contribution

    On arrival/check-in, it is payable an Environmental Contribution of €0.50 per person per night, subject to a maximum of €5 per person per stay. This contribution is payable by local and foreign guests from the age of 18 and over and applies to all types of accommodation on the Maltese Islands., paid locally

  • Extra Person

    €10.00 per night for each additional person if there are more than 2 people, paid with booking

  • Tax for Water, Electricity and Gas Consumption Exceeded

    Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0.5 cubic meters of water per person per week 150 kWh per apartment per week 1 gas bottle per apartment per week These consumption parameters of water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumption: €0.42 per kWh for electricity and €8.60 per cubic meter for water. The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay. Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Usual estimation is € 60/80 per month., paid locally
