This amazing penthouse is located right on the seafront and promenade of St. Paul's bay. It has a very large outside terrace with BBQ and breathtaking views of St Paul's Bay.

Overview

This lovely penthouse has a very large outside terrace with BBQ and enchanting sea views. It is located right in front of the sea and promenade in St Paul's Bay.

The penthouse is located in a block of self-catering holiday apartments (penthouse, and 2 bedrooms flats), that enjoys the reflections in the sea of the lights of opposite Xemxija coast. Thus we named it Harbour Lights! The building is served with lift.

The apartment has 3 terraces. The largest terrace is 5m x 3m, overlooks the bay and is ideal to sunbathe, have breakfast, lunch, romantic dinner or simply relax over a glass of wine while enjoying the nice sea view. Please refer to the Photos and the Video to see the magnificent view there is from this terrace which is furnished with garden furniture and a gas BBQ set.

The second largest terrace is 3mx1m and faces Southeast. Thus this terrace is ideal for a couple to have breakfast and enjoy some morning sun. The smallest terrace is used for the washing machine and is covered to allow the clothes to dry away from our hot sun and rarely rain.

This new penthouse has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a kitchen dining living. In this room, there are 2 sofa beds which can accommodate another couple as they can easily be turned into a double bed with a normal mattress. Cots and high chair for children are available on request.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment also has a fully automatic washing machine.

Fast unlimited WiFi internet in all the rooms and IPTV with hundreds of Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge.

All doors and windows have screens to keep out insects, so you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze without worries.

Towels and bed sheets are also provided.

It is very relaxing and romantic to sit on the terrace or on the balcony to enjoy dinner facing the sea and at the same time watch the sunset.

An great apartment in an ideal position Left on Mar 18, 2020 for a stay in Mar 2020 I had a lovely week in a great apartment in an ideal place with cracking views across the bay. It had everything I needed for a weeks stay. The location was also a plus, the area was safe and quiet but close to shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. It is also very easy to get around the island using public transport with bus stops close by. I would definitely stay there again

Dear Ruth and Neville I just been visiting Malta and stayed in the Blue Harbour penthouse apartment. Whats not to like :-) It is for sure a location and place that i can recomand. Nice view, close to busstop and services, and an apartment top class. All you need for a nice “hideaway”. Used the pick up service from and to the airport - again top class. Whenever i had a question - Ruth and Neville was responding asap - again top class. I know for sure whom to contact next time i will be going to Malta. Thanks for a nice stay. Best regards, A.   • Environmental Contribution

    On arrival/check-in, it is payable an Environmental Contribution of €0.50 per person per night, subject to a maximum of €5 per person per stay. This contribution is payable by local and foreign guests from the age of 18 and over and applies to all types of accommodation on the Maltese Islands., paid locally

  • Tax for Water, Electricity and Gas Consumption Exceeded

    Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0.5 cubic meters of water per person per week 100 kWh per apartment per week 1 gas bottle per apartment per week These consumption parameters of water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumption: €0.42 per kWh for electricity and €8.60 per cubic meter for water. The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay. Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Usual estimation is € 60/80 per month., paid locally
