This large seafront holiday apartment is internally brand new and with modern finish, but with a 1920’s art nouveau facade.
The property has a spacious kitchen/living/dining room with 2 windows overlooking the sea.
At the main entrance of the apartment block, there are 2 small steps leading up to the elevator inside which will take you to all floors.

If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumption: €0.42 per kWh for electricity and €8.60 per cubic meter for water.
