This lovely 3-bedroom apartment is located on the seafront in St. Paul’s Bay. The view from the terrace of this apartment is enchanting! And Malta’s best beaches are a short bus ride away!

It is located in a block of self-catering holiday apartments (penthouses, 2 and 3-bedroom flats), named Blue Harbour. At the main entrance of the apartment block, there are 2 small steps leading up to the elevator inside which will take you to all floors.

This brand new, modern, 4th-floor apartment is fully equipped, furnished and the bedrooms have air-conditioning. There are 2 shower rooms, a kitchen with a dining table and a separate living room leading to a terrace overlooking the sea. This living room has a 3 seater sofa bed and an extendable dining table. The terrace has a Gas BBQ and garden furniture.

Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 gas hobs, fridge freezer, etc;

107annettep Top class Left on Nov 28, 2019 for a stay in Nov 2019 Dear Ruth and Neville I just been visiting Malta and stayed in the Blue Harbour penthouse apartment. Whats not to like :-) It is for sure a location and place that i can recomand. Nice view, close to busstop and services, and an apartment top class. All you need for a nice “hideaway”. Used the pick up service from and to the airport - again top class. Whenever i had a question - Ruth and Neville was responding asap - again top class. I know for sure whom to contact next time i will be going to Malta. Thanks for a nice stay. Best regards, A. Poulsen, Denmark

Bettina S Appartamento S.Paul's bay Left on Sep 10, 2019 for a stay in Sep 2019 Siamo stati in un appartamento al 5° piano, con ascensore, dal cui terrazzo spazioso e aeroso si ha una bella vista sulla baia di S. Pawl. L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione, doppia camera (eravamo in 4) e cucina abitabile con eventuale ulteriore divano letto.L'arredamento è semplice e nuovo. Non mancava assolutamente niente.Tostapane, bollitore, microonde, phon. Stoviglie nuove. Aria condizionata e ventilatore in tutte le stanze. Ottima accoglienza con tutte le spiegazioni e informazioni necessarie per potersi muovere in autonomia. Ci sono diverse fermate del Bus a pochi passi, con linea diretta a Valletta e a Bugibba. C'è piccolo negozio di alimentari nelle vicinanze. Ottimo punto di partenza per Comino e Gozo. Ruth e Neville, i proprietari, sono stati molto premurosi e attenti. Ho molto apprezzato la loro professionalità.

    Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0.5 cubic meters of water per person per week 200 kWh per apartment per week 1 gas bottle per apartment per week These consumption parameters of water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumption: €0.42 per kWh for electricity and €8.60 per cubic meter for water. The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay. Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity.
