Overview
Apartment Tramontana is located on the ground floor of our villa on the hill of San Calogero overlooking Sciacca. We are 5 kilometers from the town center and only 7 kilometers from the sea.
Tramontana sleeps 6. Three bedrooms. A double bedroom with large wardrobe, second bedroom with double bed and the third with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower, washbasin, and wc. One of which with bidet. The apartment has its own separate entrance from the large terrace surrounded by flowerbeds. The barbecue masonry, the chairs and table under the patio allow you to enjoy the cool evening's summer. In the dinette there is a table with chairs, fridge, microwave, and the kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils/pots and pans a cook may need.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in two bedrooms of three, ceiling fan, Internet Wi Fi, TV, books.
The summer evenings are a perfect temperature for eating outdoors. There is a shady area to protect you from the midday sun and keep it fresh and cool on the terrace. On the back of the villa there is a large terrace with a swimming pool 10 x 5 m for our guests.

Dear Enrico It's ten days now since we left your house but we just wanted to say how much we enjoyed staying there for those eight nights at the end of September. We loved the peace and quiet yet the easy access to all those interesting places nearby - and by the end of our stay we had even worked out how to drive the car down to the fishing port and also to find a parking space in the town! Thanks too for your help and kindness in making us feel so established. We enjoyed our two nights in Palermo, busy and hectic but interesting.David & Ellie Smith

The area is extremely quiet and peaceful with stunning views of rolling countryside. You are in the middle of a quiet and gorgeous landscape remote enough that you rarely hear any noise but the sounds of birds singing. There are excellent walking opportunities in the hilly countryside (there are almost no fences here, and the farmers encourage you to go where you like). The position of this country house provides an ideal base for long stay from which to explore the many wonders of Sicily.
