The planted grounds lead you down to an inviting, big pool area, and the views sweep over vineyards to the towers of San Gimignano in the distance. It's a beautiful spot to unwind and appreciate rural Tuscany in comfort.

The housing is spread out over three stone structures and is impressive in scale. The primary residence is an actual mediaeval watchtower, with a long dining table for 26, the best equipped and largest kitchen, and seven spacious bedrooms, each with its bathroom.

Across the lawn is a similarly well-appointed second smaller cottage for six people, ideal for a family or young adults who value their little kitchen and living area.

The self-contained cottage is suitable for individuals who wish to avoid steps and has been thoughtfully renovated for wheelchair access. Each property component has been meticulously restored to a high standard, with original exposed stone walls, terracotta tiles, and timber beamed ceilings retained to give you a feeling of its recorded history.

A huge dining table beneath a gazebo on the lawn is the ideal location for sharing the most delectable Tuscan meals, which can be made by a local cook if requested. Beginner chefs will enjoy firing up the outdoor pizza oven and BBQ.

After a day of sightseeing in Siena or Florence, retreat to your private sanctuary for a refreshing swim in the 16-metre pool or repose on a sun lounger. Yoga teachers, massages, and beauty treatments can all be arranged at the villa for added pleasure.
