The "Lavanda" apartment is a recently built apartment perfect for families with children who wish to enjoy a stay together. It is located on the ground floor of the building, with an independent entrance and an exclusive private courtyard equipped for enjoying meals even outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all crockery and pans, as well as appliances and a washing machine. The quiet bedroom consists of a double bed and a bunk bed. The room is completed by a chest of drawers and an open wardrobe, perfect for containing everything that is needed for a traveling family. The bathroom is equipped with all services, as well as a shower cubicle and bidet.

Si trova al piano terra della struttura, con ingresso indipendente e un esclusivo cortile privato attrezzato per godersi i pasti anche all'aperto.
