Overview
The perfect luxury boutique Trullo / Villa with private swimming pool, outside kitchen and multiple external relaxing zones.
South facing with incredible elevated views and breathtaking sunsets. Stylish modern interiors perfectly compliment the trullos original stone architectural features. Trullo Falco is paradise for families or groups of friends with discerning taste looking for tranquility and luxury outdoor living and is the ideal destination for rest relaxation. It sleeps six across three private suites.
The home is a traditional Puglian stone character Trullo/Villa, harmoniously restored and renovated in keeping with the rural simplicity of this stunning region but with all the modern comforts you would expect of a luxury holiday home.
The interior dining and living room space is impressive and bright- a study in bone, beige and whites under a vaulted ceiling, with an artisan working fireplace created from recycled local stone. Bedrooms and bathrooms also feature vaulted or conical ceilings typical of traditional Trullo architecture and simple furnishings are accentuated by interesting antiques and natural textiles.
The outdoor living spaces, which set this home apart, are immersed in beautifully curated Mediterranean gardens, with unlit in sofa seating zones flanked by flowering beds, pebbled terraces with views over the estate and poolside terraces of bleached stone offset by ornamental grasses, sculptural cacti and the silvery shimmer of Olive trees, leafy fig trees and Citrus orchards. There are a variety of idyllic relax zones to choose from in which to relax, read, enjoy some refreshments, or simply take in the magnificent elevated views.
The spacious pool terrace perches high over the olive grove below and the impressive fully equipped al fresco kitchen and dining room located only a few steps above it
Separated from the pool by mediterranean grasses and herb-filled stone planters, the outside kitchen features a stone prep island with an electric hob and fridge, a classic woodfired pizza oven, and barbecue grill adjacent to a shaded dining pergola furnished for those long lazy lunches and memorable dinners under the Puglian stars
Set elevated in the hills above Fasano, a land of rolling hills and Mediterranean vegetation, where vineyards and olive groves intersect idyllic agricultural fields, Trullo Falco features privileged views from its many terraces, pool deck, outdoor kitchen and dining area. The popular hilltop towns of the Valle d’Itria, including whitewashed Locorotondo, the iconic bleached streets of Ostuni, dramatic Cisternino and UNESCO heritage-classified Alberobello, are all quick drives from the property, as are beaches along the crystalline Adriatic coast and the sparkling Ionian shores. Timeless port destinations include Polignano a Mare and Monopoli. The region is famed for its conical trulli homes, the fairytale-like, stacked stone roofed, former agricultural storages that now pop, newly whitewashed and restored, from its many hillsides.
During the quieter times of the year we are offering short breaks, however please note for stays of 6 nights or less, a cleaning fee of £200 will be applied and added to your booking payment.
