Overview
Villa Patrizia is situated at the foot of Mount Pizzo Teleffio that overtops the Gulf of Castellammare. The house is surrounded by a lovely garden characterised by several plants and flowers that make the atmosphere relaxing and pleasant.
The villa is made up of three apartments : Bouganvillea, Edera and Melograno. You can choose one of this accommodation according to your needs. The villa has a beautiful swimming pool, external shower, garden, barbeque and parking area. All these services are shared among the guests of the three units.
The house is about 1,5 km far from the city centre and 2 km from the sandy beach of Castellammare. The old village of Scopello with its famous Faraglioni is about 10 km from the villa.
The owners live in the premises and can assist you at any time, if you want.
The apartment Bouganvillea is accessed through an external staircase that leads to the second floor. The living room is a spacious and bright room. It is furnished with taste and equipped with several sofas that make your stay more comfortable. Near the living room there is the kitchen built in a rustic style. The warm colours used and the presence of big windows make the room bright and welcoming. From the kitchen it is possible to access the outside veranda, a lovely place with a beautiful sea view where you can have breakfast or dinner enjoying the light breeze that reaches the house during the night.
The sleeping area, made up of three bedrooms: one with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; one with twin beds and a third bedroom with bunk beds. A further bathroom with shower and tub is available.

It was a small apartment but as the weather was good we were outside a lot or by the pool so that was no problem. Clean, basic, good facilities, great pool, well looked after and great view from the pool out to sea and the Aeolian Islands. Very relaxing, you do need a car to get around and the bus wasnt very reliable.

We can give a very strong recommendation for this property. The host Monica is a very very very helpful person, we had a problem with our hire car which she sorted out for us. The property was immaculately presented and well equipped. The pool and surrounding area are very nice. The property is located up the hill from CdG Town centre and there is a free community shuttle bus within walking distance which goes to the harbour.
We had a wonderful time in Castellammare del Golfo. The villa with a wonderful view over the town was amazing. Also we enjoyed the pool and the rest of our house. Our hosts had beautiful recommendations for trips to Erice, Marsala and Scopello. Thank you for everything. We wanna definitely come back someday. Alex
Lovely house with stunning views of the sea and bay. Lots of space and areas to relax. Fantastic pool to keep you cool. Very friendly and hospitable family who all go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Plenty to do in Castellammare del Golfo but would also recommend nearby Segesta for amazing Greek temple and theatre, Egadi islands for beautiful beaches and food and the fabulous beach in Castellammare- Spiaggia Playa- great for children. Plenty of good places to eat pizza and local pasta with sardines and pistachio highly recommended. 30 minute drive from the airport, all made this a stress free holiday
Luxurious, tastefully furnished, and a well-equipped Villa, a pool that is large enough to swim in, overlooking the lake and mountains, this really is a tranquil place to stay. There was a food starter pack on our arrival. The local restaurant proved to be of excellent quality and reasonably priced. Road/track leading to and surrounding the complex have yet to be surfaced but are usable, Although the local town and coast are within a short distance car hire is a must.
