    It is furnished with elegance (wood beams, terracotta floors, travertine marble, antique furniture, etc.) and you will find TV, Wi-Fi, gas stove, oven. fridge, freezer, microwave, cutlery, crockery/pans, glassware, pots, dishwasher, 2 washing machines, 2 vacuum cleaners, household appliances, blankets, sheets, towels, heating, etc..
    In Calvi and in the neighboring Otricoli there are 3 large and modern swimming pools where the tourists are very much welcome. In both cases their distance from the house is of 5'/7' by car.

The property's location is breathtaking and an ideal base for visits to many sites of great cultural and historical interest in the area, from the Etruscan period to the Roman times and to the middle ages, in ex. Calvi, Otricoli, Narni, Amelia, Viterbo, Orvieto, Farfa Abbey, Marmore waterfall, lake of Piediluco, as well as Todi, Spoleto, Perugia, Bomarzo park, the excavations of the Roman town of Carsulae etc..
