It is located on the ground floor and to access it you need to make seven steps once you arrive at the landing, entering on the left there is a wall cabinet to store the coats, on the right a closet closet and on the front a bathroom complete with tub, sink, bidet, toilet, wall units for storing towels and clothes and also a washing machine. Inside the house there is a large kitchen-living room with a new kitchen, an oven, refrigerator, freezer; two tables available, television. Sliding mosquito nets are installed on all windows. Parking is free and present in the street in front of the house.
