The best experience we've ever had. The villa is not only equipped with comfort and/or kitchenware, but also taken care of in every detail, even in the decoration and you can see all the love that the owners have put into this house. Beautiful hillside location with breathtaking panoramic views. All beautiful rooms, accommodation with heated floors. We couldn't have wished for better. I will definitely come back in the summer to enjoy the beautiful pool. Thanks to Albert for the kindness and thoughtfulness he left for us!

State-of-the-art equipment and comfort in the apartment and on the entire property. From the infinity pool you have a wonderful panoramic view over Umbria towards Assisi. In the evening you can eat on your own terrace, have a barbecue or just relax and enjoy the beautiful view. From here you can easily drive to the whole of Umbria. The owner gave us all the necessary information about how to get there, the area, the internet, garbage... in advance. So the journey was easy and we only had to park the car directly in front of the apartment. Contact with the landlord was possible at any time. We really enjoyed our vacation here and would go back here at any time.

House is beautifully finished and the kitchens are all very well equipped. We rented the whole space, but each of the "apartments" was well-appointed and stocked with everything you need for a break. Albert responded quickly and we were able to use some of the children's items he had in the house (high chair, cot, etc.) The view is stunning and the pool, although still chilly at the start of the season, was glorious and will only get warmer through the next few weeks. If you want peace and quiet this place is ideal. You get one or two planes over your head every day with the airport nearby, but never at anti-social hours and so few and far between so as not to be imported. Car is essential but there is plenty of fridge space especially if you bring the whole place. Albert's local recommendations are also very good. I would highly recommend this place and hope to return in the future.

What a beautiful house, equipped with all comforts and more than that. Enjoyed the house, the breathtaking swimming pool and all the beautiful sights in the region.

Ivan Simply one word: perfect. We rent the whole villa for 5 nights (6 days) with our friends. We were 5 couples and 4 toddlers. Albert give us 2 camping beds and 2 high chairs for them. We really spend gorgeous time! Wide spaces (more that it seems from photos) , kitchens full accessorized (above all lungo one), bathrooms for every bedroom, everything perfectly cleaned. Fine and elegant furnishings. Fabolous garden with breathtaking view, that unfortunately we didn't use a lot because of the bed weather. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed the bbq and the wood oven outside (we cooked tasty pizzas and meat) . Swimming pool was obviously closed (december), but we really appreciated the location.. Directly on the panorama! Albert has been a very kind and helpful host. The only negative aspect is that the road to reach the villa is not all asphalted and there are no lights. If it is snowy it could be difficoult to reach the villa. Don't put the address in the navigator, follow Albert's description of the road! Higly recommended!! We'll surely come back!
