The decor is complete and well maintained, with a ground floor terrace of 50m2, veranda 33m2 on the first floor, and beautiful sea views. Ideal location: the sea and the beach at only 200m away, 400m to the center of Avola, with all the shops and services, bus stops for Syracuse, Noto, Modica, Catania, Palermo and other beautiful towns. The friendly owner, very discreet, lives at the ground floor from time to time. It can provide useful information about the surroundings, and the best shops and restaurants. On request he can arrange transfer from / to railway station / city / airport.

The modern apartment accommodates up to four persons and includes a spacious kitchen-cum-living room with oven, 4-burner gas stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and toaster. The living area is furnished with a sofa corner, SAT-TV and a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th persons.
The comfortable bedroom with access of the balcony offers a double bed, a wardrobe, a TV as well as an en suite bathroom with shower, WC and bidet.
Besides, there is another, separate WC in the apartment.
