Todo perfecto, apartamento limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para pasar el tiempo que haga falta. Pero aún más a resaltar, la amabilidad de su anfitriona, su interés explicándote todo para que no te pierdas ni un detalle de Roma, muchas gracias!!

The location is excellent because the Metro station is nearby and you can reach the main sights in approx. Half hour. The owner made a reservation for the garage for us. The apartment has all the utensils you need to stay.

Ērta satikme no Romas centra, metro 10 min attālumā, tuvumā restorāni, veikali. Saimnieki mūs sagaidīja un sniedza nepeiciešamo informāciju, informēja par notikumiem Romā. Dzīvoklī viss nepieciešamais ērtam komfortam, sagādāti brokastu produkti - saldumi. Paldies saimniekiem.

Un apartament ingrijit, curat,multe facilități, pozitionat la doar 200m de statia de metrou Lucio Sestio. Noi am stat o săptămână si ne-am simtit foarte bine. Gazda, doamna Maria, un foarte bun ghid turistic al orasului Roma. Un mare avantaj pentru familiile cu copii il constiutuie existenta unei piețe cu produse traditionale delicioase. Recomandam acest apartament pentru un sejur la Roma fabulos.

L'appartamento è molto grande, ben accessoriato e si trova a pochi metri dalla stazione metropolitana Lucio Sestio (molto comoda per raggiungere il centro città). Abbiamo apprezzato la disponiblità e la gentilezza dei proprietari che ci hanno fornito indicazioni utili per la visita della capitale.

Tutto andato bene stati rilassati e ben accolti! La pulizia era ottima e la disponibilità dei proprietari eccellente

Pierwszy raz zdarzyło mi się, że obiekt przewyższył moje oczekiwania. Obiekt znakomity, przestronny, salon i dwie wygodne sypialnie, wszędzie bardzo czysto. Kuchnia wyposażona kompletnie (marudzenie, że nie było zmywarki do naczyń byłoby przesadą - wszystko inne było). Blisko do metra i do lotniska Ciampino. Gospodarze przemili i bardzo przygotowani do pomocy gościom. Stosunek jakości do ceny znakomity. Bardzo polecam. Bliskość lotniska powoduje, że samoloty są dość głośno, ale gdy zamknie się okna to ich prawie nie słychać.

Hostitelé slušní, ochotní, včasní. Ubytování v blízkost metra A, dobrá dostupnost pro cestování. Snídaně, byla formou nakoupených potravin, které si musí hosté sami chystat.

I felt as I was in my home during my stay. Maria and her husband are very kind and hospitable couple. They organized everything in order for we felt comfortable. The location of the apartment is quite good to access metro station. The apartment was very clean and I found anything I needed in the kitchen. It was so nice for kids as well. There is nothing to say any negative comments for this property.

ローマ観光の拠点に是非！ オーナーが親切で、朝食用にパンや果物大人にはワインを準備してくれていた。質問に対するレスポンスも早い。部屋は子供3人と泊まっても十分に広かったし、立地も地下鉄の駅やスーパーまで徒歩10分以内で便利の良い場所だった。 4階の部屋だがエレベータがない。ただ、鍵の受け渡し時にオーナーが荷物運びを手伝ってくれたのでチェックインとチェックアウト時は問題なし。

Hospitality plus! Nunzio and Maria went out of their way to make us feel at home. We were greeted with cold drinks and warm smiles. Not only did they give us local insights about where to eat and where to go, they also has a stocked cupboard and fresh fruit! To top it all off, they printed our boarding passes which helped keep our minds at ease. Would definitely stay again!

Brilliant time, great apartment and close to many amenities Host Maria was lovely and very near the train to get in and out of the city The name of the apartment wasn't on the buzzer system to ensure I was in the right spot, only for Maria being outside the door with a warm welcome at check in time, I might have still being walking around :-)

The owners were very nice. We traveled with a small child and they prepared for him a lovely bed with all accessories. The apartment has all you need. Perfect clean two bedrooms, full-equipped kitchen, living room with balkony and bathroom with toilet. Opposite the appartement is the local market with fruits, vegetables, meat and bakery. Distance from the metro Lucio Sestio aprox. 5min walk. Perfect access from The Ciampino airport, BUS 520 to metro Cineccita and then to Lucio Sestio. Vybavený 3+1 byt s příslušenstvím nedaleko metra Lucio Sestio. Cesta z letiště cca 50 minut autobusem 520, a pak metrem. Do centra 11 zastávek na Termini, cca 20minut. Majitelé velice příjemní. Připravili pro nás láhev vína na uvítanou a nakoupili nám základní potraviny k snídani.

Breakfast included, big apartments. Nice location near metro, big park and a lot of shops and cafes. Not very convenient sofa, and absence of rack hanger near entrance.

Un sejur excelent ! Locatia bine pozitionata intr-o zona linistita, langa Piata Agroalimentara si la 5 minute de mers pe jos de statia metroului care te duce in centrul orasului. Apartamentul frumos aranjat, curat si dotat cu tot ce este necesar, inclusiv mapa cu informatii despre oras si adrese ale operatorilor locali de servicii. Gazdele foarte amabile si receptive la toate solicitarile noastre. Mic dejun italian foarte bun.

Recomand cu placere aceasta proprietate. Totul a fost perfect. Gazda noastră s-a ocupat chiar si de transferul de la aeroport la proprietate. Noi am stat doar 3 nopti, dar ne-am reîntoarce cu plăcere. Un apartament cu 2 camere si un living perfect pentru vacanta, lăsat la dispozitia noastră. Complet utilat (până si sare si ulei a avut). Micul dejun model italian (fără ouă si carne).

Прекрасный вариант от 2 до 4 человек! Своевременная встреча клиента на квартире! Радушие хозяев! Очень близко от метро, при этом тихий двор. Рядом рынок и магазины. Наличие в квартире бытовой техники. Полностью оборудованная кухня. Ванна укомплектована всеми необходимыми средствами личной гигиены, вплоть до одноразовых бритвенных станков. Рядом нет ни одного нормального ресторана! В квартире ограничение доступа в интернет - 500М в день. Нам хватало, но, в принципе, маловато.

Wir sind sehr herzlich begrüßt worden und uns wurde alles erklärt.An Getränken hat und nichts gefehlt. Es gab Wasser, Wein, Saft , Milch, Kaffee und Tee. Gegenüber von dem Apartment konnte ich auf dem Wochenmarkt einkaufen. Der Weg zur Metro war nicht weit und die Verbindungen waren auch sehr gut. Auf dem Sofa konnten wir weder sitzen noch liegen, es war total durchgesessen und sollte erneuert werden.👎und das Apartment liegt in einer Flug -Schneise (ab 22.uhr war Ruhe.)Wir hatten unsere Unterkunft mit Frühstück gebucht. Diese beinhaltete keine Brötchen oder Toast,Käse und Wurst. Dafür gab es Cornflakes, Joghurt, Butter, Eier, Obst, Konfitüre und Zwieback was wir sehr lecker fanden. Joghurt, Butter und Eier mussten wir nachkaufen, weil es für unsere Verweildauer nicht gereicht hat.

Nice appartment with good connection to centre and also to airport Thank you very much, appartment was nice and well equipped. Appreciate the big balcony, the host was very friendly and helpful. Marketplace very nearby and good restaurants/pizza/ice cream also. I could recommend! Sometimes airplanes flies over the house in the night.
