The complex has lush gardens , a good sized pool , 24 hour security and CCTV . The complex is in a tucked away position but close enough to Candolim and the beach for guests to enjoy the wide choice of restaurants , bars and Goa's famous beach shacks .
The capital , Panjim , is easily accessible by public transport or taxi , scooter etc . . Panjim stills retains many historic Portuguese era buildings and Old Goa , a U.N.E.S.C.O . world heritage site is only a few kilometres away . In addition to the local attractions the beaches to the north and south make a great day trip and there is a wide range of organised tours available .
The apartment is less than an hour from the airport and the owner can arrange a private pick up service to get you straight to the studio on your arrival in Goa .
In summary , this is a well priced , comfortable studio . Ideal for guests who want a convenient base from which to enjoy Candolim and beyond .
